Small location and hard to park but staff were friendly and helpful. Please ensure the number of bins reserved are available to customers. I reserved 20 bins but when I arrived, only 13 were available.

The guy at the front desk had a link text to me where I uploaded my face and driver license. Then he said"shit, I didn't mean to press that, do it again with this new link" I go to do it again and the website wasn't working anymore. I tried around 6 times and was getting no where and I asked if there was another way to do this because it wasn't working the second time. He said"nope, that's the only way to trent a truck" which was frustrating considering it was his mess up that probably stopped the page from working properly. Luckily I tried satirical the page to desktop view and then it worked, but I just couldn't believe this guy was about to not let me rent a truck because the phone link wasn't working. Unbelievable. At this point, why is he even there? Just to initiate a link to my phone? I feel like a QR code could replace him.

I understand the system is shutdown when I visited. Stuff forgot do the walk through and the truck I rent was almost no gas, I need to spend time do get gas in the middle of the trip, with extra miles. Also the truck engine light was on which make me worries all the time. It is over budget to extend rental, its double the price which is too much. When I return the truck, all the truck was block at the return pathway, people did not park their returned truck to the proper parking space.

In the reservation process online I did not like the endless add-on pages for boxes tape blankets dollies labor etc. a page dedicated to each? After hours check in the equipment required downloading an app. Reprehensible invasion of my cell phone! You could have a website that I could upload photos to, but no you require that I make my own personal device vulnerable to God knows what you embed in your app. Disrespectful and invasive company practices. Intolerable.

There is a significant homeless encampment around this location. We were approached by non-staff behaving as if they worked there. It was unsettling.

Got our uhaul with gas light on, was told they don't do anything about that and pointed us to nearest gas station. Also gave a truck with tail light out. These are simple things that could have been handled before assigning us a truck. The empty gas tank, I will not rent from this location again. And if this is all uhaul policy. No more uhaul for my needs anymore.

On- or near-site parking would be a huge plus, but other than that, everyone was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was blown away by the customer service from everyone I interacted with. The entire process was SO easy, and I would recommend U-Haul to anyone after such an amazing experience.

This location is centered in the middle of a homeless camp, with no onsite parking. Tried reserving at a different location, (that didn't work out) and appreciate the effort to move my reservation to this location, however leaving your car here is asking for a break in, park over at the Ballard Blocks in their free garage. Team was 5 stars, quick, nice and did a good job with pick up and drop off.

This place is rough. The trucks don’t have gas because it gets stolen. So ny first stop has to be a gas station and the truck is on e the whole time. Also the employee who checked me in was out of it and couldn’t figure out what equipment I needed until I told him the 3rd time.

Location was out of the way, but didn't experience any issues with the truck or the staff. These trucks have been treated poorly by previous renters, so I think it's important to have a low bar of expectations. You're renting a very used truck. If I move again, and hopefully not for a while, I would consider using this location again.

The starting mileage meter was off so we got overcharged by like $10. Wish the staff told us to check it instead of just sending us a text (my notifications were off). Also having no onsite parking is extremely inconvenient.

U box was not ready for the mover at the agreed upon time of 9 am. The mover had to wait in a long line and then convince the staff that the u box should have been ready upon his arrival.

Contents from my ubox were stolen overnight off the uhaul lot. I thought they would be safe in a warehouse. Although the employee I worked with was helpful, I think this location needs a secure fence!

The staff is hard to reach via telephone, but the service we received at the facility was impressive. Connor was able to assemble our UBox, trailer, and truck in 1/4 of the time of the previous Uhaul.
