I rented furniture pads when I bought boxes two days before I rented a truck. The pads are on contract 28917790. The truck rental contract 288001893. When I returned the truck and unused boxes with utility dolly. I was repeatedly assured that the pads, utility dolly and truck were all marked as returned in the system. I asked repeatedly to be provided proof that I could see or have in a receipt. They refused to give me a receipt. They assured me that they were marked as returned. I asked to see them in their system. Where they became rude and said they had had a very long day. Thus refusing to address the matter any further. I called customer service and spoke with David. Phone customer service has told me that the pads have not been marked as recevied. The truck has. But the utility dolly wasn't on the contract or at drop off was modified to be removed from the contract. I am not sure what is happening. It is assumed that the pads will be marked as returned at some point in the coming days. Yet it was impossible for me to be given a receipt for anything having been returned other then the truck rental or boxes that I returned. I could be saving the money on pads rental charges if they had been marked as recevied during the evening drop off on the 1st of December.

Start here: how do you enter the parking lot of this location? I came late in the day on a Sunday and truly made two laps around the block just to find the entrance. I was then directed to park in the OfficeMax lot. Later, I asked if I could leave my car while I rented the van, and they told me to bring the car over to the UHaul lot. So, I had to go back, get my car, make *another lap* of the block, and was then directed to park in a handicapped spot. On the plus side, it was late in the day and no one was in line, which was a good thing.

Julie Rollins at this location is excellent. She should be managing this store. She is always courteous, knowledgeable and can handle a long line of customers with speed and efficiency. If UHaul's employees were all like Julie it would be a far better company. Too many of the employees are on the phone with friends, on the internet or just disinterested in helping the customer. I didn't appreciate AT ALL, the hidden $25 cleaning fee that was tacked onto my rental. If you are going to do this, then you should be advertising $44/day not $20. Generally I am very happy with UHaul, but this wasn't ok.

Location was severely understaffed. The desk staff was working hard but still my pickup was 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Average wait time was probably 30 minutes. I want to stress that the staff were doing all they could - there were just not enough people there for a busy Saturday.

The onsite staff were top notch - dealing with a ton of clients with poise. Unfortunately gas theft is huge at this location, my truck had a puncture tank and leaked fuel all over, I never even used the truck for my move because roadside assistance took so long. Staff did the best they could to make that right by me but we're clear that this happens with nearly every rental. 5 stars to the staff but I will not ever recommend this location due to all the gas theft and how that negatively affects both customers and staff.

Lower the price per mile. Make the yellow light button (forgot the actual name) be automatically off and allow customers to turn it on when needed. It's wasting gas across the country!

I rented a 9ft pickup..everything was above average, including customer service, the newer vehicle/cleaniness, to the no hassel drop off.. except one thing, the truck's driver side seat had a broken seat adjust and the seat was stuck in an ultra upright position which made driving not only uncomfortable but somewhat dangerous. I had to go back to my car which by sheer luck I happened to have some work tools in the trunk. I had to use a combination of vise grips and a small socket to get a grip on broken seat adjust lever in order to adjust seat. I cut my finger on the broken plastic while struggling to get the remaining plastic to turn without simply breaking further. Only with persistant effort and my advanced tool knowledge standing on the side of the road did I finally succeed. A discount on bill for my time and struggle would have earned a excellent review. But average is what I experienced overall. The clerk that wrote up my bill was on his first day so perhaps, despite his otherwise above average customer service, he or someone else overlooked the broken lever.

While dropping off the vehicle, security threatened to call the cops on me through their camera post thing - accusing me of trespassing because I looked homeless. I was peeking in the car so I could grab the odometer for your app. I was near a bike with a bunch of crap on it because that's what I had to get back (I brought it in the van, and I did a last minute errand run at the nearby Fred Meyer). I was in a crappy hoodie because I had been moving heavy stuff all day and didn't want to sweat-up my good clothes. Not that I don't get it, but I was goddamn exhausted and did not need to deal with that. 0//10 would not drop off again🥲 Still giving a 3/5 because the lady I picked the van up from was super nice. Give her a bonus - if not for her, I'd definitely rent from Home Depot next time. Right now it's just a 'maybe'.

The staff was just great. It was really busy in the morning when I picked up the vehicle with a line for service but the one person on duty was friendly and patient. When I returned the vehicle in the afternoon, the staff person on the lot was incredibly friendly and upbeat – made the return as painless as it could possibly be.

I worked with a few folks at this location, all of whom were super helpful. I meant to write this review a while ago, but I got caught up in moving and forgot! In any case, I worked with a black man, a black woman, and a white woman; they all worked around the end of August, and the man was new to the job and had some nice dental work. Hopefully that's enough for this message to get to them. All three of these excellent associates deserve compensation for their reliable, collected, and accommodating performance during a time when the services of this branch were stretched by outsize demand. In particular, I was offered several useful tips for driving and using my U-Haul vehicle that saved me time, money, and energy. I will absolutely be coming to this location again.

I was told there was 1/8 tank gas. I ran out of gas two miles down the road. The driver side mirrors would not stay put and it was impossible to see down the left side of the vehicle while driving. It was the worst experience of all time with uhaul.
