MIGUEL MNo credit on fuel is wild. You're basically asking customers to hit the fuel perfect. Just VWAP area fuel prices and credit customers back. It's basic math. And that you're unwilling to do it looks greedy and lazy.

Victor SApparently when I made the reservation, it was not for this location (somehow it was a mile down the road). The gal working was so great and made it so we didn’t have to leave, and she had moved the reservation to this location. She was friendly, accommodating, and just generally wonderful (I wish I would’ve gotten her name!). We had a great experience!

Thomas CU-Haul team was amazing and very helpful. I would say U-Haul needs in improvement in software employees had a hard time getting reservations finished they did an amazing job trouble shooting but we did spend almost an hour trying to get it done. Great staff and amazing communication skills.

RANDY POverall the customer service was good. There were small hiccups that made pick up take longer than anticipated, but it turned out okay. Drop off was a breeze. The van was clean and ran well.

CHERYL KRented a truck and car hauler. The employees told me I was good to drive off and they had the trailer sitting on top of the ball, completely unattached from the truck... I didnt make a big deal about it, just told them they missed it and finished hooking up the trailer myself to make sure it was set up right. I was told it was full and the needle was close enough to F to make me believe the employee who said it was full. Turns out it was 2.5-3 gallons UNDER full, and was told I couldnt get a refund. Super scammy and dangerous location, dont trust them to install equipment correctly and dont trust them to give you a full tank

JEFFERY G- The windshield wipers needed replaced. - The tape roll device did not work. I could not return this, because I opened it. Even one if the employees could not get the roll to work. This is more of a uhaul issue rather than the location. - There is no lock on the fuel tank, which makes it susceptible to fuel siphoning. This is scary on long road trips. - Can you add bluetooth stereos to your trucks?

Dannie HThe vehicle seemed to require me to refill it with more gas (4+ gallons) than I would have expected. That has nothing to do with with U-Haul location, which I like. I think it might be helpful to brief customers on any special features the vehicle has. It took me awhile to figure-out I need to press the "Tailgate-release" button **TWICE** on the keyfob to unlock the tailgate. It makes for a better customer rental experience for me to not be wondering, "How the hell do I get the gate down.?" I also wouldn't mind being briefed on how to turn on the heat in the vehicle. Windshield-wipers would also be useful. "Obviously," you expect customers to figure these things out by themselves, if/when they need them. But every rental vehicle is a little different.

JORDAN GThis U/Haul location on 4th Plain in Vancouver is great, they had the truck we needed and were open all day on Sunday! We ended up at this location after two other disappointing attempts at other area locations So we were very pleased to get what we needed from this well equipped and staffed U-Haul Store!

FRANCES WI *don't* like U-Haul's insistence that I provide my lease, my 'other contact' info, etc. etc. etc. If you are going to continue with this nonsense, I WILL rent from a different truck rental company. YOU NEED ME MORE THAN I NEED YOU. And *ask* how much "loss of a customer" costs the business. $$$$ P.S. Even though I rented through the U-Haul web site, it took me THREE PHONE CALLS to make sure I wouldn't have to produce the additional documentation YOU DON'T MENTION BEFORE I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. A customer service rep at the location said, "All they will really ask is my driver's license and credit card." And guess what? THEY ***STILL*** bothered me for this garbage documentation when I picked up the truck. Try NOT to alienate your damn customers.
MARSHALL SCustomer service at both locations were better than most customer service representatives - anywhere. The trailer I rented had a more-than-just-a squeak when backing up. It sounded as if something is seriously broken. Foreboding when driving 1500+ miles solo. But it did have new tires and lights that worked, so overall I'm very pleased. I'll use Uhaul again soon.

CRAIG JEquipment was clean but had some sort of leak at top corners of windshield which caused water to pour in when vehicle was first moved after being parked. Luckily no rain during our rental so once we dried things out it was fine. Pick-up location indicated this was the only/last one-way truck they had available, so swapping equipment wasn't an option.
CHRISTOPHER AAll was fine until a you "automatically" charged my card another months rent when we tried the box 3 weeks ago. Your representative said nobody"closed out or cancelled our contract after move out.
