Karly was working alone during a very busy period. She was very quick, efficient, and professional. I've rented from this location a few times. She was very courteous on the phone and in person.
CHRISTOPHER TThe customer service was ok, but the manager (Carly) was a bit sharp and self-congratulant, where Carson was calm and more immediately customer friendly. The 2014 15' box truck a piece of s**t. We will use Penske next time. Shame on you. Location and van are two different categories, so, though customer service was basically okay, the other for s**t. (Have a smarter person write a better way for customer comments.) Also, our van was reserved in advance at one location, but upon arrival no van was available, so we were sent like...5 miles to fetch a van at another agency. That added up to 5 miles more mile-charges and gas usage times two, plus higher Uber charges for the longer time and distance to the Portland airport. So the 'poor' rating is not accurate, but no other option is given us. Who designed this Review chart? An idiot who never rents a Van, so doesn't acquire knowledge of the act. So, yes, kind of pissed-off for having to write all this.

Dean BI had an excellent experience renting from this location. The cargo van was new and pleasant to drive. Great customer service and they also provided instructions to estimate many gallons of gas to refill, which was spot on accurate. It was painless to pick up and return the vehicle. No surprises on cost. This was my second time using this location and I will definitely return next time! I highly recommend.

PHILIP HI rented to help my father-in-law, who recently suffered a stroke and lost vision in left eye. He is 75 years of age and wanted possessions he had stored in Redding. I offered to get them, and the truck was rented with his credit card. At Redding, it was stated return in Vancouver, WA. After unloading the truck, we looked to see where to return the truck. Return address was in Rainier, WA., one and one half hours north of Vancouver. The charges of $1003.48. The rental from Redding to Vancouver is about $280.00 less than I paid. When asked for receipt, from return location it showed $0.00 charged. Not real pleased with this way of doing business.

DARRELL BThe staff at this location is always very courteous, professional, and a joy with whom to interact. My only concern during my last visit was that there was a single employee staffing the store/shop/lot. I have absolutely zero worries about her competency at any of the tasks contained within her workload, but I would be concerned about ANY employee having to work the entire shop alone, by themselves, attending to customers, moving and staging vehicles, trailers, equipment, and filling propane cylinders without anyone else there to provide assistance to that employee in the event of an injury or an emergency. The employee who assisted me was friendly, efficient, VERY Professional and a pleasure with which to interact. I just felt uneasy knowing that she was the only person staffed to the store that day. Making a single employee-- male or feemale-- work alone in such an environment, under such conditions, seems remarkably unsafe to me. Frankly if I hadn't had something else that needed my attention elsewhere that day, I might very well have offered loiter around the place to make sure she got the place closed up and shut down for the evening without incident. U-Haul needs to take.a hard look at this. Back when Lucky's market across the street was still a 7-11 a clerk-- who was working alone-- was shot and killed in a robbery. Nobody should be working alone in a business like that.

MIGUEL MNo credit on fuel is wild. You're basically asking customers to hit the fuel perfect. Just VWAP area fuel prices and credit customers back. It's basic math. And that you're unwilling to do it looks greedy and lazy.

Victor SApparently when I made the reservation, it was not for this location (somehow it was a mile down the road). The gal working was so great and made it so we didn’t have to leave, and she had moved the reservation to this location. She was friendly, accommodating, and just generally wonderful (I wish I would’ve gotten her name!). We had a great experience!

Theresa KThe truck i rented had no air conditioning and when I mentioned it too the manager she didn't care they still sent it out with someone else I got heat stroke from loading and unloading and then having no air so no don't go there goto the one in Orchard they care about there customers
Thomas CU-Haul team was amazing and very helpful. I would say U-Haul needs in improvement in software employees had a hard time getting reservations finished they did an amazing job trouble shooting but we did spend almost an hour trying to get it done. Great staff and amazing communication skills.

RANDY POverall the customer service was good. There were small hiccups that made pick up take longer than anticipated, but it turned out okay. Drop off was a breeze. The van was clean and ran well.

CHERYL KRented a truck and car hauler. The employees told me I was good to drive off and they had the trailer sitting on top of the ball, completely unattached from the truck... I didnt make a big deal about it, just told them they missed it and finished hooking up the trailer myself to make sure it was set up right. I was told it was full and the needle was close enough to F to make me believe the employee who said it was full. Turns out it was 2.5-3 gallons UNDER full, and was told I couldnt get a refund. Super scammy and dangerous location, dont trust them to install equipment correctly and dont trust them to give you a full tank
