We literally drove like 20 minutes away and it was like at most 20 miles there than 20 miles back so that's like 40 miles and then we had to drive it from our house to the U-Haul place which is only 6 miles so I should've been charged for 46 miles or 50 max. They're trying to charge me for 70 miles. And then I filled the gas tank before dropping off and they're trying to charge me for fuel as well. I called and asked if I could talk to the supervisor and the first bitch I talk to said that she was so I didn't believe her because no the fuck she's not and I called back and they said that she wasn't a supervisor and they would have to talk to her for lying so they're trying to charge me 102 for the U-Haul when it should've only been around 60 something dollars so I'm just gonna call the bank tomorrow in the morning and dispute the charge and report it as fraudKARLIE P.

Dear Uhaul, I want a refund for my recent uhaul rent. The online portal said the door width is 7'3" and I had an object I tried to move that was less than 7'3" and it didn't fit. There is a dolly and a metal block that is part of the truck that restricts one object from being put in truck. Even if I rented the dolly the metal block on the inside prevented me from putting the object in the uhaul and I was not able to complete what I had needed. I literally rented it, drove it 7 minutes away, realized that the online website was incorrect and brought it 7 minutes back. I am beyond disappointedÂ that the online website didn't tell me that the 7'3" is incorrect. I want a full refund for the misinformation and false advertising on the website. Normally I love uhaul but this one time I feel a little screwed over. Please refund me my 60$ or so, thank you :)JEREMY F.

I had selected online check-in while making my reservation, but ended up going inside anyway because the online check-in process was a little more time consuming than I was expecting. Barry Smith was the employee who helped me (and my along-for-the-ride sister). He was nice, patient, and generally spectacular to work with.STEPHANIE B.

Workers were not very nice, had to find the Uhaul myself and back it out of a very tight spot where I couldn't use my mirrors. No employees were wearing a mask and employees were eating and drinking at the counter while taking my information. I didn't feel appreciated like other Uhaul experiences (such as giving me advice on how to save money). It was fine for what we needed it for but probably won't be coming back to Uhaul.TAYLOR S.

The truck was filthy inside, with old food everywhere and sticky to the touch. The truck was poorly maintained with the transmission slipping. Twice, it almost wouldn't go into gear on a very long journey. Very nerve racking!Margaret H.

This is the best-run U-Haul center in the Portland-Vancouver area. I have rented from four different U-haul outlets over the past month. Central Vancouver stands head & shoulders above the others. Do not look to alternatives. Even if you pay for a few extra miles, it is worth it.Kenneth S.

Every time - and I do mean every time - I need ti rent a trailer or truck, I use THUS U-Haul location. The location is convenient with good access and egress , but more important to me is the level of service that these employees extend to their customers. U-Gaul would do well to use the Fourth Plain location as a training facility.Donald L.

First, I wasted 45 minutes trying to pickup the truck because according to the employee it "wasn't setup right" for me to pick up before hours. I even called ahead the day before to confirm I was good to go. What the heck happened? Second, I wasted another 45 minutes trying to drop it off because your app fucking sucks. It's unusable garbage. I tried to upload my odometer photos 20 times, and it just gave error that I needed to upload photos I just uploaded. I finally tried the website instead of the app. That only took me two tries, it completely failed out right after I submitted payment as the final step. Short of it: Fix the freaking app, make your before hours reservations foolproof so it's harder for employees to screw it up.Desmond W.

Made me crawl in on passenger side to get into driver seat because it was parked so close to a wire fence covered in berry bushes. Should have offered to pull it out front. They didn't walk around the vehicle to point out any existing damages nor verified gas gage or miles. Also, instructed me to call 877 phone number due to drop off location, that ended up not working no matter what automated phone option I chose. If dropping vehicle off on Sundays be sure you have a backup plan because I had to rerouted to another drop off that wasn't convenient.MARLA JEAN C.
