Both employees did not wear masks at any time during all customer interactions I witnessed. The utility dolly I reserved was not available. He tried to replace it with a furniture dolly, which is not at all similar. When I requested it be replaced by an appliance dolly he tried to charge me more money. The appliance dolly was so heavy we barely used it. The radio in the truck was completely dead. I planned to use it for navigation and hands free phone. There was a hole above moms attic. Water got in through the back.

I reserved a pickup truck online and when I got to the location they did not have a the truck despite the system allowing me to book one. I also requested a dolly and when I arrived they did not have a standard size dolly. They brought out a small green 'emergency dolly' from the back. There was also open bickering between the employees and visible frustration being taken out on the customers. Not very organized.

To improve the customer experience. When I walked into the building there were 2 individual's sitting there and fail to acknowledge me as a customer. Once I finally got recognized the process went pretty smooth. Also, they after proceeding to ask if the location was 24 hours and how to proceed to leave the truck and keys after they closed the office they were unclear and provided little to no direction. I think an improvement there can help improve peoples experiences.

The only problem is the staffing issue. The customer service was great, but the wait time to get service from a clerk was not pleasant due to them being short of staff, which is no fault of their own

Don't rent this truck!!! To charge as much as you did, it should be in good working condition. In this case, it was a nightmare. Driver's side door bad, creating an ultra-loud and cold wind tunnel inside the cab. It has clearly been like this for a while judging by the rust on the messed up door sections. No discount or solution offered. I'm going Penske from now on.

It was very difficult & time-consuming to try to use the phone app service. Also, the in-store process was so slow (45 minutes-1 hour), supposedly because of computer issues. We almost didn't make it to the destination we rented the u-haul truck for in the first place. Please find a way to simplify this process!

Employees weren't wearing masks or not wearing them properly. Wait times were very long. Digital check-in and drop-off don't work very well when the keys still have to picked up and dropped off with an employee; it might have sped up the process slightly, but not much. The truck was great and what we wanted, but the service at this location is lacking.

Trey was amazing, both in terms of service and running the excellent operation. The truck was the cleanest I've every used! This was my first time using this location and I will go back every time I need a truck!

Trey is the best manager this store has had! They only thing that would help this store is getting him someone else at the counter that can work fast. I will always continue to go to this U-Haul because of all the wonderful experiences I have had.

I couldn't ask for better service the gentleman who i rented the truck from at the counter was excellent. He was extremely friendly and went over all the details with me. The gentleman who checked my truck back in was the same he was very professional.

I couldn't get the application or website to verify my location. One employee seemed to not care at all whenever I voiced my concern and he walked away after asking me to move my vehicle. I spoke with another man who was very helpful and understanding. He then proceeded to help me detach the trailer. I appreciated his help after a long day of moving.

Tried to do pickup outside and after going through all that I still had to go in for key. The owner was rude and acted like he hated his job. There was another worker there that seemed nicer. I would not work for the owner. Not only was he rude, I got home and I had no dollies, furniture carts or pads I had PAID for! I called them and they said.. we didn't have them.. i asked would I be credited for them. The worker was nice about credit and told me I would get $112 credit. I got email with credit confirmation of ONLY $72. After all this.. Uhaul had the audacity to call me and ask me could I bring the truck back Friday instead of Saturday like I paid for.. they needed it for Saturday. The lady was super nice though and I told her I had planned to return Friday anyway. I told her about my nightmare. She said she would credit the difference from $112 to $72 but I did not get confirmation email. I have already told everyone I know not to ever go here. Social media posts coming as well. I have used uhaul many times in past but this was not only the worst rental truck experiences I have it was one of the worst I've had in the entire service industry. I would recommend secret shipping the Nolensvillde location today. The owner is not representing your company well. I honestly should get credit for a day of rental since I took back a day early and really the ENTIRE balance did this nightmare.

The staff at this Uhaul location were awful. The manager was the person who helped me pick up my equipment and he was an absolute jerk, was not helpful, was condescending during the process. When I dropped off the truck rental one employee was yelling at another employee while assisting a customer and was using the same condescending language the manager had used with me during pick up. DO BETTER.

The gentleman who checked us out was a breath of fresh air! While professional and helpful, he was funny and down to earth. These days everyone is so serious and so disconnected from one another. It warmed our hearts to have that genuine human experience.

Poor management!! I scheduled to pick up my U-Box but when my local movers came in they were told that the U-BOX was not ready and the store staff said he could not move the U-Box out of storage.
