I had a wonderful experience using Uhaul Truck Services on Nolensville Road and Storage Facility on Fesslers Lane. The staff was courteous, professional and helpful during the moving process. There is nothing to improve at this time

COREY RIt was easy to schedule the truck rental. The truck was ready and in good condition when first picked up. The move into an apartment went smoothly with no problems and the truck was returned to the U-Haul store early. All of the U-Haul employees were friendly and helpful. There were no problems or trouble throughout the rental. I was very pleased with this U-Haul store.
ROBERT PI showed up after hours to do the self check in and it was very hard to find the lock box and what an appropriate place would be to drop off my truck considering that the lot was not very big and it seems as though many people drop their trucks off after hours and clog up the drop off area making it confusing for other customers. I hope I parked in the right spot. There was no one there at that time available to help me, but it was my preference to drop off in the same day rather than having to wake up early to drop it off this morning. There needs to be someone available at night to help instead of customers just having to guess. That would be my recommendation.

But when I returned it back, I I noticed that them that the battery is bad. I had to get someone to give me a helping hand with jumping cables then they tried to over charge me for gas .. Just wasn't the best at all so I'm move my business else where

Was a bit putting out to have to go to this location which was 45 mins away instead of the Brentwood location which was 10 mins away. 2 days before I was called and informed that my order was not available in 2 days...even though I booked more than a week before and was confirmed to pick up at the Brentwood location. Very frustrating that Uhaul had a week to have it ready. And if it was another 35 mins away..why doesn't uhaul drive it over and deliver it. Ridiculous...but I still value Uhaul.

Matthew JI've been renting from this location for many years and this truck was the worst. It is an older vehicle but needs serious mechanical attention. It needs an alignment and the front pass. side bounces and is clicking. The rear-end is whining continuing to spin after stopping and the trans is about to go out as it jerks at acceleration having trouble shifting into the each next gear. I'm sure I wasted a lot of gas since I had to force the pedal down to get going. So I'd say its due for a tune up. Our family is in the auto repair service and this one definitely needs attention. I felt like I had to fight to make the darn truck move and I was worn out by the time we brought it back. Please give me a better one next time.

LATYSHA RI had problems with 2 things - i ended up with a truck that was 15ft not 20ft like I ordered. I also had a flat tire issue. It was 14 PSI by the end of the trip and I had rhe $7 service but no one came to fix the flat for me... the gentleman at cubesmart took care of it. I had 3 trips from Nashville to Florida in the past month and no trouble but this 4th trip was a bit frustrating! But 2 other rentals were from here and they did great so its hard to say bad, everyone has good and bad days.

KIM MThe unit leaked water into the storage area of the truck when it rained and several items got wet.
ROBERT PI reserved at the Franklin location a month prior and was contacted the week of the reservation that I would have to travel 10 miles out of my way to get the truck. This was an inconvenience. Not the locations issue but more for the overall U-Haul operation.

MOHAMMAD CI think that if a customer puts more gas in the gal than when it was received they should be credited for doing so. Coincidentally I put gas in the Uhaul and stopped it on the 5/8 tank. However the gas pump is on a hill so I didn’t know that I had filled it with several gallons over the intended amount but I was also charged for the 15 extra miles. That doesn’t seem fair and I would love a reimbursement.
JESSICA Sthe manager of the Uhaul of Elysian Field in Nashville was great and super helpful. His advice was spot on and because of his assurances, my stip was smooth and I felt confident in my equipment.It was easy to get in and out of the store.
