Amazing employees, hubby dropped off through the app right after closing hours, accidentally forgot his lock key on the truck key after dropping it in the return box and a very kind employee who hadn’t left yet got it out for him.

JAMES LThe employees hate their jobs. Their obvious disdain is palable and it translates into NO customer service. Shocking a business operates like this.

Ted HFirst, I was sent to this U-Haul that was 20 minutes away from where I lived. There is a U-Haul 30 seconds away from me, but at 7 AM they called me and told me that my truck would not be available. I then had to Uber 20 minutes away to get my U-Haul. When I got to the other location, they told me they did not have dollies available after saying that I needed them for the movers. They found one from another reservation to give to me. I now had to pay for mileage for 20 minutes due and from when all I had to do was go a block down the street initially.

Jeff GWay too expensive. I went 30 miles over what was expected and was charged $50. 30 miles of driving costs $50?!?! That’s crazy.
Fiona WI honestly had no issues, it was easy to find, only issue I had was with the app picking up the truck I had to restart it to take the original pictures but other than that no issues. Everything was easy and when I had to switch pickup locations, they gave me an extra 15 miles to make up for it which was really nice. Drop off was easy too.

Alex CTurned in the truck with more gas than when I picked it up, and got charged for extra miles over what was allocated for the one way move. I would hope that since customers are charged extra for gas when it is below the amount at pickup that there would be some type of credit for returning with more gas. That would have helped offset the extra mileage charge but of course a business is going to do what is best for them.

Brad BEasy transaction/paperwork at the counter. Was in and out in about 20 min including the trailer being hooked up. Great rate for 48 hours of renting a motorcycle trailer IMO. Trailer had nearly new tires and I felt confident in taking it on a long there/back trip to pick up a bike and haul back safely.

THERESA WMy trailer door was broken. Got it loaded but was unable to open the door to unload. Took roadside assistance multiple hours to get there to fix it. The man who fixed it was nice and did well though.

BRYAN HPoor management!! I scheduled to pick up my U-Box but when my local movers came in they were told that the U-BOX was not ready and the store staff said he could not move the U-Box out of storage.
