I was erroneously charged for fuel. Despite responding to uhaul and providing pictures that evidenced I returned the truck with more fuel than it went out with they refuse to respond much less refund the money. The automated system is also borderline useless for either renting or returning the truck.Larry H.

We were able to make the U-Haul reservation for Sunday to pick up our U-Haul at 8 am even though that location does not open until 9 am. When we tried to download the app to pick up the keys they site kept saying â€œpassword not set upâ€ although we had verified the account several times. After we waited until 9 o'clock to go in and pick up the truck, they informed us that the truck we were supposed to get the 26' truck was â€œnot brought backâ€ but they had a 20' they could give us. There was no offering of a different location. Thankfully our movers were able to stack everything to where we only had 2 trips with the 2nd trip being much lighter. If there is going to be a change in the reservation please inform the person before I get there so they can have time to consider other options. Also do not let there be a reservation before the opening of the store. I will say they did give us extra miles and our rate was dropped to what it should be for a 20' truck but it was an inconvenience to have to make 2 trips when it would've easily been done in 1 had we had the correct truck.Riley D.

Dave was amazing! He is the reason why I pass many Uhauls to get to this location. He is genuine and caring. The gentleman that works the day shift on Fridays needs a lot of customer service training. His unprofessional tone and verbiage on the phone mixed with no empathy and low emotional intelligence could potentially hurt customer retention.Jared G.

The only issue we had was that our trailer had a leak in the roof and our furniture got wet. Would have thought we would have been compensated in some way but nothing was done.William K.
Functionally the truck worked and it was clean. The truck itself had cracks and damage to it which is to be expected since it's a rental moving truck. The location is t the best and I would have rented in Franklin but they didn't have a truck available. I will recommend UHaul to friendsDavid L.
Although I reserved an appliance dolly with my truck, one was not included. The steering wheel also had a considerable amount of give to it and was not properly centered, thus when driving straight I had to drive with the steering wheel turned 30 degrees to the left. Also the engine had significant performance issues. It would alternate between lurching forward and backward rapidly, causing not only my body to be violently jerking around in the cab but also caused significant damage to items in the back of the truck. The vehicle I had should be decommissioned. I will never rent from UHAUL again.MARK C.

I reserved off the app. For the second time the app changed my reservation from an open top to an enclosed. Came in to an empty office, reservation process was the longest and most complicated I have dealt with in a long time. Definitely won't come back to thia location.Donald W.

This location was not my choice. They changed it at the last minute from the location that I ordered it from. Very inconvenient. Also, their customer Sevice was poor. The first person I encountered was more interested in speaking with a friend that interrupted the transaction then helping me. When I returned it, the person that I encountered literally did not speak to me, even after I told him that I needed to return the trailer. He just walked away. The lug nuts were loose on both of my trailer tires. One fell off, while others were on their way. When I called, I had to wait 1+hr to get it fixed. I received no recompense after my trip was delayed, I returned the trailer early and had my life and the life of others put in danger due to this incident. Critical things like lug nuts should be checked by 2 different people with every service. Recompense be made to customers for early return, delayed trips, and security issues. Make videos and provide training how to load and drive trailers. Inform customers of common problems with trailers, for instance, the chain touching the ground, and tongue fin scraping at major inclinations. Speed limit sign should be visible for people driving behind the trailer so they can understand why you are driving so slow.Jean L.

We reserved a 26' truck. When we arrived there were no trucks available. We had to settle for a 20' truck which meant making 2 trips. It cost me $300 to keep my movers around for the second trip. The guy at the Uhaul store was rude and condescending.George A.
