They closed for 5pm. I tried to return the equipment at 4:45 in person because my phone was dying and the door was locked.
Kiara AI can't say enough nice things about this place. They have always gone above and beyond when taking care of my needs. The staff are very pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. I will continue to go here for all of my "moves" and highly recommend them for your various rental needs.

STEVEN OPhillip was amazing. He assisted me with renting a cargo van. Initially I was informed everything was reserved. Phillip kept searching and found one for me. I only needed it for about an hour. I had a wonderful experience all the way around. I'll be back again whenever I need a uhaul.
JOANNE BThe staff (Camille) was extremely rude. She hesitated to take care of the tax exemption from my university. I brought the RIT tax exemption form in while making the appointment a week in advance and bring it in again when I was ready to pick up the truck. She had a real attitude about it then she left me at the counter waiting and went ahead and helped two other customers "because tax exemption takes time."

GEORGE BThis was a van with Arizona license plates. Some one may have been a smoker 'cause it did smell of cigarettes. A a good cleaning inside could have been done.Otherwise it was a good experience.

MICHAEL STruck i rented had a lot of damage and drove pretty rough. Overall, staff were helpful and friendly. Store manager, James, was great to work with. He did not give me a hard time at all about a last minute upgrade to larger truck and I felt like he took my concern regarding brake wear on the truck I drove seriously.

Victoria UFoot of snow on top of the trailer at pickup time. Had to clean off the snow and pickup the trailer for the staff member to attach it. Entire loading area was icy and hazardous. This was not worth the extra time and compensation
John AThe employees at the U-Haul of Henrietta were professional , courteous , and friendly. They were very understanding that moving is very overwhelming. The employees that I met on January 30th at 7:30am. As soon as I walked in the employees explained to me the process and everything that is involved. For my reservation they had the truck ready to go. It was clean both inside and out. Gassed up , even gave me extra traction mats and protector blankets for my valuables. I highly recommend the Henrietta location on Jefferson road and especially the 2 employees that took care of me. Eric Scholes
ERIC JBoth of the agents I worked with at pick up and drop off were very friendly. Service was quick, and the van was perfect for my needs.
BETHANY FI had reserved an open bed trailer a couple days in advance. When I arrived at the scheduled pick-up time, I was told I would have to wait an extra 30 minutes for someone to shovel the snow off the trailer. This should have been done in advance -- that is what a reservation is for.
ZACHARY KDropped off trailer in bitter cold and worker came right out to help. I told her she didn't have to but she insisted . made it go faster great help wouldn't change a thing .. thank you uhaul 9

PAUL DUpdate your system so it doesn't take 45 mins minutes to pick up equipment. When I was there there were myself and 2 other customers and it took 45 mins due to your system being slow and all 3 employees were rude. Will not return to this location

MOHAMMAD SThe staff was very courteous and helpful. My improvement suggestion would be to relocate all of the boxes piled way up between the registers, employees and customers make a more defined "queue" so the customers knows who's next, etc. It was a pleasant, easy experience

JOSEPH LThe cargo van was very roomy and comfortable to ride in, but it is not disabled- or handicapped-friendly. I had a hard time getting in the van. I needed some help being lifted to the seat on the passenger side, and it didn't help that the doors do not swing further back to provide more room for assistance. The van step was too high for me. I would suggest perhaps making the vans or trucks disabled/handicap friendly for those who may have trouble getting in, regardless of whether they sought other transportation. Accessibility for all is a HUGE must.
WESTON AI rented a 10’ U-Haul. Gentleman checked me in, I paid the tab, he walked me out the the U-Haul and showed it to me and said have a good day. Loaded up, drove 45 miles, unloaded and returned to a different location. Get a call the next day telling me I had damaged the outside of the U-Haul. When I told the lady I didn’t, nor did I hit anything; she asked me for the photos I was supposed to take of the exterior of the truck. I exclaimed the gentleman never said anything of the sorts. Pointed to the U-Haul and said have a nice day.

TODD EI booked my reservation online for 8 am, I arrived at 8:30 and the staff was extremely rude. The young lady working argued with me stating my reservation was for 7 am when I have a screenshot of my booking showing 8am. The attitude continued with another female employee being rude about where my ride was idling while waiting for me to complete the pickup . Do not go to this location

DEVIN KWas given the oldest van on the lot. When asked for a newer one, the lady told me she saved those for her Amazon people. Van had 0 oil remaining, and should have been retired off the lot the way it ran. Not too pleasant to deal with.
