CESAR PJust as of 502 a.m. November 4th I haven't received the rest of my money that should have been put back into my account I believe my total amount was $94 and on the pickup day I believe it was over $130 so as of right now I haven't received any money back other than that everything was good thank you

MONIQUE SHave someone take the key and read the dashboard at the time of arrival so I will not receive four different receipts being over charged and the receipt price being changed. Instead of the store being empty and three people sitting at the counter at 100-104 pm 9/17/25. They rented out the vehicle again with a full gas tank that I paid, because I gave them the vehicle full.Then they turn around and charge me for gas that I gave them. Then they change the miles, on the four receipt and tell me I own them miles. So no I will not recommend this Uhual because I don’t trust them. Also if I use then again I have to take a picture of the dashboard. Before and after.

LUCINDA MGuaranteed and confirmed a dolly with my reservation . When i went to pick up my truck the front desk representative removed my dolly because they didn’t have one. She removed it without informing me. I noticed She removed it because there was a difference in my total from my reservation total. When i returned it she gave me incorrect information on my balance. They are not knowledgeable at all. They are not helpful . Years using U-Haul and this made me never want to use them again
MELODY NPoor service - unfriendly disinterested staff Vehicles not clean Proceed for checking out and returning the vehicles was terrible, and enabled by old fashioned technology platform. Deceitful pricing - bait and switch, nickel and dime vibe. Last minute change of pick up from the booked location to this one which was much further. Poor management at u haul. Will never use U-HAUL again!11
Reuben CBad location everything was blocked out when returned to drop off trailer nearly got into several accidents backing the car hauler backwards into lot from service road with freeway exit leading to service road. This location really needs serious supervision to get there shit on track. This problem should of never happened as we told them what time we was arriving.

MELVIN AThe equipment i rented was not available and i was not made aware until i was picking up. This caused me to incur mileage and gas expenses driving to 2 different Home Depot’s to pick up equipment last minute. It also caused me to add hours to my time (pick up and drop off of equipment). This was after waiting almost 30 minutes to pick up ( I was on time for my pickup) because there was only one person working the desk. When I asked about gas, miles and things being credited due to inefficient supplies, I was told that’s a ‘you’ problem.

TELMO MThis location was offered after being changed twice due to not having a truck and trailer somewhere else when originally wanted a pick up. Trailer was placed next to a white Nissan that seems to be abandoned in the lot and made it nearly in possible to pull out trailer from there and noone there to assist. Waited very long not informed well what was my truck the whole thing was a headache.
Peter DHi - the customer service woman at the counter was great (sorry, I forgot her name). Disappointed that the appliance dolly was not available, U-haul should have these items on hand at the store because it can really put people in a bind who need it. The one big negative is about the location, not the people. The exit to get out with the truck and to park your car is in a HORRIBLE spot right on the Bruckner Exp service road and there's a highway exit right there as well. It's actually a pretty dangerous way to exit as cars are driving fast and there's a concrete barrier on the road so it makes exiting with the truck very tight. I don't know what can be done about this. Also there is no parking to park your car while you're going in to get the truck. people are parked on the sidewalk and I had to park half way in the street on the busy road. Lots of cars honking as they got off the highway.
MONTGOMERY SFirst you must inform your customers that you link their emergency contact to the customer’s account making the customer financially responsible for another adult’s debt. Second, if customer don’t pay contacts debt u-haul won’t rent customer the equipment and the customer is left in an extremely bad position. Third, stop lying about how much gas was left in the vehicle before rental. You’re still trying to sneak more money out of your customers. Four, be transparent and charge one price and stop stealing from your customers. U-Haul used to be my go-to, if you continue to do business in this manner. I’ll have to consider using someone else.
