It was ok. When I was looking for vehicle I was misdirected. I ordered a hand truck and was never put into van. The gas tank was not full. It was received at less than a 1/4 tank. I continue to use location as the locations closer to me are either closed on Saturday or don’t have vehicle of choice at location. The part that is advantageous is the ability to sign up online and drop off.

STEVEN SWhen I arrived at the establishment I was told I could not leave my vehicle there and had to comb the area to search for a parking spot. I had to park about a mile away and walk back to the location. I ve used U-Haul in other locations and they allow customers to leave their vehicles park there until they return the truck. I think you should extend customers the courtesy of parking until their trip is completed especially if the truck is only reserved for a few hours.

Mind you Jay was in the uhaul office by himself and feeling under the weather but he made sure everyone was taken care off. So I would like to rate Jay and Excellent 10.

RAMON MI’m genuinely taken aback by my resent experience with U-Haul at 1365 Bruckner Blvd on June 23rd. We were moving out of state and booked our truck for a 5am pickup. When my husband, two young children and I went to pick up the truck we realized there were other trucks blocking us from accessing ours. We waited for 2 hours for the store to open. Once we went into the store to express our frustrations and asked to speak with a supervisor, we had to wait another 1.5 hours and ultimately decided to leave because the supervisor never showed up. When we got to our new location, the U-Haul in Pennsylvania said the U-Haul in the Bronx charged us for 2 trucks when we only rented one. The lack of attention to detail to ensure customers can access the trucks that are rented for the times they’re booked, the inability for accountability, empathy and timely service is very disappointing and delayed my most with two young children for 4 hours.

SOSIMO DThe back door of the truck was not working. I took the truck back and a person working there fixed it. I drove 5 miles when I left and 5 miles to return and get the door fixed. The person at the counter said that they do not adjust miles. That wa not my error.

VICTOR SThe trailer in question shakes while driving,is an old unit without maintenance. Unfortunatelly for my move, it rained and water got into the trailer soehow, causing some of my belongings to get wet. I reported it but it looks like nobody cares.

Loren SEverything was great except when dropped off. The gentleman that was outside checking out drop off vehicles, collected my key was very rude, sarcastic and condescending. He made a smart remark when my husband asked him if we were in the right spot. My husband began by saying “I’m dropping off a van and he cut him off by saying “Obviously, I can’t see that” there was no need for that. Unfortunately, he is a reflection of U-Haul and should be checked on his attitude. I am making it a point to write this review to call out this individual, get him trained, he needs sensitivity training to work with his community! If he is unhappy with his job or like in general, then move on but do not take it out on customers. That plays a big role on a customers experience. I hope this message gets to an intended party that will not ignore this review.
