Nathaly LInconvenience with the one way direction coming out of the place makes it difficult you waist a lot of time turning around also mobile pick up you still need to go inside and the verification process take too long also especially if you a returning customer I find it to be a waist of time . Mobile pick up should be like picking up a car on Turo quick fast and easy

CARMINE SI was charged for the wrong mile. I took the truck for an estimated 65 miles. I drove less than 65 miles. Now I see I was charged for 65 miles. Additionally, the representative told me it is $1.19 per mile, now in the receipt, I see its 1.79 per mile. I received wrong information and was charged wrongfully.
TAHMIDUL IYou have to make sure that’s if ppl Make reservations for the hicted to be installed on the weekend that the mechanic are working on the weekends . Because I had made reservations to put my hitched on the car and they didn’t work no mechanic on weekends. I had to go to gueens location to get it installed

Joshua HI took pics & only rented the truck for 3 hours & put maybe 14 miles on it. This truck has the same dirt as I got it. $175 cleaning is a SCAM!!!!!! I’m not even joking. I have the pic. I move a couple of office supplies all with the Bronx look how far I went in the mileage Don’t employee look at the vehicle and examined it never told me one thing Except you’re all good boss that’s it this has to be looked into

JOSHUA JLocation is great but the app to check out is really annoying. You need to be a good distance away to get the frame you want and often the lot is crowded and not easy to get the photo. Design your app so you don't have to be so far away to take your photos.

It would be nice to receive a more explicit detail of charges placed on this rental, like mileage recorded, price of replacement fuel cost since I didn't return vehicle with fuel replacement. I did try, but time for me to return truck was limited. One thing I can tell you, is the passenger mirror needs a little tightening as it doesn't stay in place.

Very unprofessional, this man, should be use to clean the equipment, NOT TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC!! Then acting up like a big shit, gave me the wrong truck number!!
