The front desk female. She was amazing and helped me with the process. She knew her stuff absolutely well. She actually deserves a raise or whatever she can get but recognization is definitely needed.

I took pics & only rented the truck for 3 hours & put maybe 14 miles on it. This truck has the same dirt as I got it. $175 cleaning is a SCAM!!!!!! I’m not even joking. I have the pic. I move a couple of office supplies all with the Bronx look how far I went in the mileage Don’t employee look at the vehicle and examined it never told me one thing Except you’re all good boss that’s it this has to be looked into

JOSHUA JLocation is great but the app to check out is really annoying. You need to be a good distance away to get the frame you want and often the lot is crowded and not easy to get the photo. Design your app so you don't have to be so far away to take your photos.

It would be nice to receive a more explicit detail of charges placed on this rental, like mileage recorded, price of replacement fuel cost since I didn't return vehicle with fuel replacement. I did try, but time for me to return truck was limited. One thing I can tell you, is the passenger mirror needs a little tightening as it doesn't stay in place.

cayla aFormal Complaint – Unprofessional Conduct at U-Haul Location 1365 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx NY 10459 To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the service I received at the U-Haul location located at 1365 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx, NY 10459, specifically involving the store manager, Stephanie Hunter. Upon my arrival, Ms. Hunter was eating a sandwich and soup while attending to my rental process, which significantly limited the level of attention and professionalism expected when assisting a customer. This behavior reflected a lack of respect and focus during a customer interaction. Throughout the process, Ms. Hunter was uncooperative and showed little willingness to assist. In addition, I was provided with a truck that clearly required urgent maintenance. When I raised this concern, she was reluctant to resolve the issue and initially refused to change the vehicle. Eventually, and in an unprofessional manner, she asked me “which one I wanted” and replaced the truck with noticeable reluctance. It is important to note that not all U-Haul customers speak English fluently, and therefore staff—especially those in managerial positions—should demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in these situations. I work for a company that regularly uses U-Haul services, and we expect to be assisted by qualified, professional personnel who reflect the standards and values of a company such as U-Haul. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate actions be taken to prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response. Carlos PDisappointed with the dirty windshield inside & out. To make it worse, the wiper blades needed replacement. Also the passenger side mirror would not remain in place.
