LUIS N20 minutes to drop off was too much. As the customer, here's the trailer, send me a receipt, I leave. The guy involved me in all the admin side of the equipment, that's not my issue, that's a uhaul issue. 'uhaul will charge you wrong." fine I will dispute the charge.

KAREN LWhy is there a $9.00 fuel charge on my bill. I put gas in it right before I returned the vehicle. Is this some new trumped up fee that I need to look forward to in future rentals?

Michelle NEquipment exceeded expectations. Only glitch was one broken safety chain which did not stay in place. A quick tie-wrap secured it.

DAWSEN VWhile the U-Haul employee was hooking up the trailer I reserved, the door became stuck open and there was nobody onsite at 7 am who could fix it. The employee did a great job helping me pivot to a truck rental since there were no other trailers onsite that my car could tow.

JAMES RI was negatively impacted by my initial reservation at Sunshine Market ABSOLUTELY FAILING TO HAVE THE SCHEDULED TRUCK. I arrived at my pickup location on time only to find out there was no truck assigned to my reservation and the location did not open for another 90 minutes. I called the customer service number and was assisted to change my reservation to a further away location for a truck that was much smaller than needed and resulted in me having to take two trips on my moving day. This location at sunshine market should be closed because they did not do their job and they have no preparedness to represent Uhaul

PIET NCould use better signage as the entrance and exit. Arrows painted on pavement were not immediately noticeable. Drop off signage was confusing. Trucks -vs-trailers. One of the Gate hinge pin on the trailer was bent and difficult to pull and install.

SONDRA BI have rented trailers from uhual and miller rent all and with miller, they give you a grace period of 1-2 hours in case you are late returning your trailer. I have rented from uhual before and the associates have been super respectful and also said if im a little late returning its no issue however the associates who helped me at the kenmore branch was a middle aged man and always wore his sunglasses inside ( i couldnt remember his name) he was nice until i asked him about returning the trailer. I wanted to book this trailer tuesday night to load a car in kenmore and take it to clarkson WA(idaho/oregon border). This was a 5.5 hour drive one way considering you dont stop for bathroom and fuel breaks so overall trip took a little over 6 hours. That said i asked the associate so im not rushed on time and having to speed if i can have at least until end of day or closing time to return it and he goes “no this needs to be returned on time and no grace period and needs to be returned at 5. Im like sir its 5:22 now thats not 24 hours. Can you at least give me until 6, he goes no ill push it to 5:15 but thats it you come in at 5:30 im charging you an extra day. I could have made a scene as 5:15 wouldnt be the full 24 hours but im very disappointed in uhual and this sort of customer service and not giving a grace period. I understand if he had a booking right after me at 5:30 and someone needs it but he doesnt as when i got back today the same associate he put the trailer away in the corner. Very disappointed in your no grace policy and not sure its your policy as other reps have let me at other stores…
