The paperwork stated that the fuel tank was full but it was at 7/8 a tank when I got the vehicle. I drove 4 blocks and back to the lot and during that time I got three different fuel tank level readings.I mentioned this to staff but it was not acknowledged. When I filled the van before returning it, the gauge read above full and took just over 6 gallons of gas $28.28 ! I had the van for under three hours and drove roughly 20-25 miles without idling (including stops). This should not have taken 6 gallons of gas to accomplish. Please check the gas gauges on your vehicles. Also, I hope that it is not acceptable for your locations to round the gauge levels. Having overheard other customers picking up vehicles it sounded like this was the case. Anyhow, I feel like I got gouged by not having an accurate gas gauge/record on the vehicle that I rented. Also, the payment equipment in this location is outdated and I was unable to use my Apple Wallet to pay. The only physical card in my possession was a debit card and I needed to overdraw my account to pick up the rental vehicle. Please update your payment equipment! Staff expressed frustration with this too.
Margaret HLines to pick up were very long, over 30 minute. I went in the next week to see about renting again the following weekend, no customers were in the shop. They told me to move my car so their returns could use that spot - no customers we’re returning at that time. They just wanted me to move in the event someone were to bring a rental back. Team members at that location are a little rough around the edges, not exactly Disney level customer service. I don’t have high expectations but moving my car before someone would assist me was unnecessary. Thx, Mike
thomas sThere was an employee that was there early that was kind, informative, and was able to help me figure out where to drop off the vehicle. He also informed of the after hours drop off fee that I had no idea about.

DAVID BThe staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient with the check-ou process. However, I waited for a several minutes (which seemed longer than it probably was), with no one in the store nor office and no signs indicating when someone would return. Eventually, by wandering around the lot, I found a member of the team who acknowledged my presence and committed to sending someone soon. At the minimum, I'd recommed a sign on the counter and ideally a method for customers to notify the staff when outside.

Celia SHad a reservation, when I showed up to the U-Haul location, it was cancelled. They told me “it must have just been cleared out of the computer” (for what reason?) Anyway. Made a new reservation, they didn’t have any of the trucks that the website allowed me to schedule. Noticed on the app when creating a reservation, “if reservation is not guaranteed we give you $50”, brought that up to an associate and they laughed and said they have no idea about all that. Was supposed to have a 20’ u-haul truck for our move, ended up using a pick-up truck. Needless to say, it was extremely inconvenient, the associate’s were not much help, and I will be utilizing other companies when it comes to moving next time.

Kiook PDrop-off, by contrast with pick-up, went very smoothly and took less than 10 minutes. It was also a 10-minute drive from our requested location.

James CVehicle was difficult to start, seemed to have some sort of intermittent problem with the starter. Driver's side door had a leaky seal at top which let in rain.

JEROME WOvercharged for gas. I signed up for counter checkout and was told to just leave truck without any checkout procedures. I gassed up the truck to where it needed to be. If I was able to do the counter checkout with an agent I could’ve been told the gas was not right and could have gone to fill it. Paying $30 for a gallon of gas is ridiculous. Every time I deal with uhaul it is something. Always disappointed.
Damion FMove the displays from in front of the counter. Figure out a way to send one email. For the simple task of renting a trailer I received four seperate emails.

Taunya GI reserved a pick up truck. When I got there, there were no trucks available. They had to give me a cargo van. In addition, I got in and the gas tank wasn't full.

Heavenlaya FI rented a tow dolly for one days use , I returned it within 4 hrs , they charged me for three days rental because they didn’t see the dolly was returned I guess .. they charged me 175 bucks for a 50 dollar rental .. what the hell , I will never use U-Haul again

Patricia GI waited for quite a while to have someone show up to help me. The person was knowledgeable and helpful, so maybe there isn't enough people working there. She couldn't find my reservation somehow, I also noticed there was a typo on my last name. I didn't know return requires downloading the app and register an account, I'd appreciate if someone told me ahead of time. Once that's done, I need to take pictures at night, so not sure how helpful that is. I somehow left my credit card on the truck, so I really appreciated it when the store called me and I was able to get it back quickly.

ANDREW BFriendly staff. Very easy rental process. The only negative is the latch system on the 5'x8' trailer door. It was very difficult to operate to close and lock.

Bronte CThe trailer was a bit dirty, but not to the point it was an issue for me. The issue I had is the trailer came off the hitch on the highway at highway speeds while in traffic. It was fairly exciting and bent up the chain loops on my hitch. I was able to get it to the side of the road and reattached without any noticeable damage to the trailer. But, that is probably something that should be looked into. It could have been a bad situation for someone less accustom to driving with trailers.

mark mTrailer floor was loose and spongy when you would step on it. The front of the trailer wasn’t sealed and leaked water inside all over my boxes things. Side tie downs were broken in spots. Not maintained at all.

Douglas NCrew was extremely helpful. My hitch was a bit too big so i was able to borrow theirs and hook up without issue. They let me borrow moving equipment as well since another location didnt transfer the stuff that was supposed to be with the trailer. Great place!
Joel HI was turned away by a crazy man at the rockys corner location and was acceptedat this uhaul location a little ways up the road. They weren't even scheduled to accept my truck but were nice enough to make space.
