This location has most of what I need to rent and the staff there are superb. It's my go-to U-Haul location!

Nothing, everything went well. The staff at this location were extremely competent and accommodating. I had a hitch on my Wednesday rental—shortly after leaving the lot in my cargo van, I was informed that my elderly (92) father had a medical emergency and had been taken to the ER. I turned around and drove back to the lot. John told me that he would take care of the rental cancellation. I left promptly without having to step foot in the office. I was so impressed and thankful! I rented a cargo van on Friday for 24 hours. I did 2 Seattle to Anacortes round trips This included loading items from my Seattle apartment and unloading in my Anacortes apartment. I was late returning the van and completely exhausted. The site was very busy with returns temporarily backing up. Realizing I would have to wait a good amount of time, the manager who was busy at the counter, told me he would check me in himself. He came out and quickly and expertly inspected the van and completed the rental. Again, I was completely impressed by and grateful for this service. I will eagerly recommend this site as first rate. I’m guessing that this site does a large amount of business and is highly rated in customer satisfaction. (I just thought that this might be a new crew at this location and that their exceptional service has not had time to be recognized. If so, you’ve been informed. I suggest you do something equally exceptional for this crew. Not some bullshit standard corporate recognition (set of steak knives?), but something cool (cold hard cash) or crazy fun. Get creative!
TED CKenmore was a last minute alternative. Booked originally at Snoqualmie Ridge. Made a separate trip there the week before to confirm. Told it wasn’t in their system yet & to check the next week before pickup date. TERRIBLE customer service…no phone answer, just leave a msg. Called repeatedly…same recording & never rcvd a call back! On 7/2 finally got a live person & was told they wouldn’t have a trailer and were not even going to be open on my schedule pickup day! I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I had stopped in & was told they didn’t know then…ABSOLUTE BS! Were “nice” enough to give me a U-Haul number to make my own alternate arrangements! Kenmore to the rescue…great service/trailer, but a longer drive. Will NEVER recommend Snoqualmie Ridge!
CARL SI sometime dread having to rent a truck from any company however I needed to rent a 15' van twice in one week. With the mobile app and the professionalism of the crew at the Kenmore site... well, it was a game changer. They made the entire experience awesome. Quick, in and out, friendly but not over the top friendly. I'm going to be coming back.

ERIC RI only had 3/4 tank in the truck I rented, but because I didn’t say anything before I drove off the lot I had to fill 9.5 gallons after driving only 30 miles. It clearly states by the gas tank to bring it back the same level as when you took it. Guess they got a free quarter tank of gas, kinda shitty.

OSWALDO Awhen pulling the trailer off my hitch, the employee banged the trailer into my painted bumper (Audi Q5) chipping and scraping the paint. when i pointed it out to him, he just said "sorry" and carried on like it was a normal occurrence to damage someone else's vehicle. Likely will not be going back to that location.
DANIEL AI rented 12 moving pads with the truck but only received 11. I was charged $8.00 at turn in for the "missing" pad. It looked like a dozen. I should have counted them. My bad.
JOHN KEvery staff member I have had the pleasure to work with has been curteous and professional. I have always been served quickly and the equipment has been clean and in good condition. I have used their services on multiple ocassions and plan to go back again and again.
JOHN HI returned an auto transport trailer during after-hours, but when I arrived, two other customers had completely blocked the driveway leading to the return area. As a result, I had no choice but to park the trailer diagonally near the entrance, which ended up blocking nearly half of the walkway. This created a potentially hazardous situation for others. I strongly suggest that U-Haul add clearer signage in visible areas to remind after-hours return customers not to block the entrance.

CHRISTOPHER SThe truck was dirty with bugs ect and there was already a chip in the window which i made sure to point out during my inspection of the truck. Also the engine oil was black and likesludhe and when we mwntioned it to them they said it would be fine. I drive long distances for a li ing and that oil was not fine and ultimately probably chewed up more gas than it should have
NICOLE TI am giving this location a 5-star review, due to its biggest asset….Ray Sandoval. Ray was the ONLY employee working there, and he managed offering friendly, kind — even CHEERFUL - service while multitasking impressively at every turn. I can’t say enough about how great Ray was, and I hope UHaul is recognizing the gem that they have in this human. This location has NO parking, which they are clear about, but which does provide an issue to manage, given people renting and returning, and they need to constantly be jostling the customers’ vehicles. Even so, because of the excellent service I received from Ray, I will come back to rent here.

The self return after hours was more of a process than I would have liked after a long day of moving (many steps and photos), but that isn't a deal breaker for next time around. EDUARDO NAlignment of the truck was severely skewed, and driving in a straight line was challenging above 25 miles per hour. I felt unsafe driving this vehicle due to the unpredictable nature of the steering.

MARICELA LDrastically understaffed for pickup and drop off processing. The vehicle I rented had abs/stabilitrak issues which caused it to beep at me constantly and had a headlight out. Other patrons occupying the space were becoming restless while waiting for service. Would not recommend.
DUSTIN SEquipment is always clean and maintained here. Have a great service and a friendly despite having a huge amount of traffic that goes through this location the guy always has a great attitude, which I definitely appreciate given how much stuff he’s got going on.

Had us go through all the lights, how clean it was and asked us about missing pads that were not in truck when we left with it. Now waiting to see what we get charged for

MICHAEL GWe were redirected to this location after the lock would not open at our initial pickup location. We arrived to the Kenmore U-Haul 45 minutes after their listed opening time to find an empty building. We waited around for about 15 minutes until an employee showed up (we were later told his name is Mateo). He tried the door and couldn't get in, then went around back to make some phone calls. It turns out the manager who was supposed to open the store an hour prior didn't show up for work.We waited for over an hour for someone to come open the store. Mateo also stood out in the rain waiting. Six other customers came and went during this time. Eventually two more employees arrived and we got our truck about two hours after our scheduled pickup time. An employee named Mike "helped" us with the truck. He actually didn't help at all, just gave me the keys and said to come back if there were problems. This might not have bothered me as much as it did if I hadn't already been waiting on him for two hours. We were told that they would give us compensation for the delay, but we've spoken with three people so far who each have just passed us on to someone else. Mind you we did not ask for this compensation, they offered it to us, and when we went to collect on their offer they've just been giving us the runaround. Our truck was in fairly poor condition compared to any other U-Haul truck I've had previously, but at least I made it to my destination. This is by far the worst experience I've had at U-Haul or really any business. Maybe I just got all of the bad U-Haul luck for that day. I would gladly pay more to somebody else next time. Kudos to Mateo for trying to help us as much as he could and for putting up with working at this place.
