The 2 personnel that helped me out patiently. The 1st guy was courteous and patient when the truck side mirrors were not adjustable without the tools and the driver's seat back rest was missing the lever to adjust it. He made sure he got both fixed so I can drive safely. The manager helped me out when the truck would not start and eventually realized I was doing something wrong, he did not get upset but even made sure I got everything good before going away.

Appreciate that U-haul called me shortly after I arrived at the original location to let me know the situation and that they had the same van at another location just a mile or two away.

The service was impressively fast. As I pulled into the lot, a representative immediately assisted me, unhooked the trailer, completed the paperwork on a mobile device, and had me finished in under five minutes. Excellent service from start to finish.
