This location came to the rescue when the original location had the van we requested but the prior rentor hauled garbage and left it filthy and smelly. Appreciate that U-haul called me shortly after I arrived at the original location to let me know the situation and that they had the same van at another location just a mile or two away.

What I value most is efficiency. I was able to arrive at the location, have the trailer hooked up, and be on my way in no time. Returning it was just as smoot. The service was impressively fast. As I pulled into the lot, a representative immediately assisted me, unhooked the trailer, completed the paperwork on a mobile device, and had me finished in under five minutes. Excellent service from start to finish.

20 minutes to drop off was too much. As the customer, here's the trailer, send me a receipt, I leave. The guy involved me in all the admin side of the equipment, that's not my issue, that's a uhaul issue. 'uhaul will charge you wrong." fine I will dispute the charge.
