Matthew GSome mix-up on the office side of Uhaul changed my drop-off location and never alerted me to it, so I brought it to where I thought I was supposed to drop it. The poor owner of the neighborhood dealer said that people had been showing up all week and dropping off trailers that he had no knowledge of, and that Uhaul was sending trailers to his store, which wasn’t even contracted for trailers - just trucks. After MUCH confusion and lots of frustration and wasted time, I picked my trailer back up from where I originally booked my reservation, before they, without my knowledge, changed the location, and took it to the Kenmore location. Because Uhaul had wasted my time so thoroughly, they had closed, leaving me to do an after hours dropoff. Once I got there, they had the entire lot filled up with trucks and trailers, to the point I had to disconnect the trailer outside the location and walk it in myself. Both the pickup and dropoff experiences were so terrible I’ll never use anything from Uhaul again - not worth the trouble or frustration.

Nick RFrom reservation to return they are professional and have the knowledge to get you what you need. They also worked with me when I got stuck behind an accident on the other side of the state and couldn't return the van on time! They were so gracious and made the whole experience better. They are incredibly helpful and give accurate details for currently available trucks, etc. Mike is friendly and provides excellent service. Trucks are always in great shape. I tell my neighbors and friends often when truck rentals come up that this is the best location to go.
SAMUEL MGreat selection; ready when I needed it; friendly staff. The only issue is the lot has no parking and is tight when there are a lot of returns around the same time.
Douglas TThe equipment worked very well for our moving job. The roll up door on our truck needed maintenance, the condition of the rollers and track made it very difficult to lower. The bag of six furniture pads had been stored outside the front door of the facility and we found they were wet when we went to use them. Not something we wanted to drape over our furniture. If you rent a bag of six pads, as we did, check they are dry before you leave.

Bryson GMake sure that your trucks don't have mechanical issues. That includes the engine and suspension. Figure you guys have no time sometimes between rentals to check everything, but a daily once-over on your equipment wouldn't be too much to ask for. Too scared of the downtime this may cause for your business if a truck needs maintenance? You're basically pushing that onto the customer, too, if it breaks on them. Now, I'm no mechanic, but I know an engine knock when I hear one, and I know bad suspensions when I drive. It was hard to keep my unloaded (or loaded) 10ft truck straight at 60mph because it had bad suspensions. Totally unsafe, but I managed. If I were someone else, it could have ended badly. Not a great experience.
Kyle RAlways seems to be clean. We came in last minute without a res and they were able to fit me in for the 2 hrs I needed the van. Friendly staff too.
TIMOTHY DJust rent the trailer without bringing told “I’m not renting you a trailer today, if you don’t like it call my District manager. Making the call and being allowed to rent the trailer but now 45 minutes later than when I first arrived. Then while being processed being asked to wait and listening to the employee take a piss because he couldn’t be bothered to close the door.

nuhuse aTruck was not ready when reserved for Mobil pickup. Was an hour late getting truck and it had only a bit over a quarter tank of gas. We had to drive 90 miles to catch a ferry boat that we were an hour late getting away for with NO time to stop for gas. This was a needlessly stressful drive wondering if we would run out of gas or miss the ferry.

Michael EThey were so helpful. I rented a 10 foot uhaul, but then learned at pick up that that size didn't have a ramp, which was needed for us. They had enough inventory to change to a 15 foot uhaul with a ramp at very little extra cost, which eliminated a lot of stress.
