Everything was excellent the service was excellent justed the girl she was new she just made one little mistake on my rental she put it for 4 hours when it should have been 24 hours but I called them and they corrected it but other than that everything was excellent

Stop your employees from telling lies about the costs. I was told 15.00 for insurance and was charged 40.00, even with 40.00 for insurance my bill should of been 125 plus tax not over 200.00 I’m furious and will be calling corporate tomorrow.

Fix the lot. There are alot of pot holes and broken pavement. Can cause alot of damage to someone's car as well as your vehicles. Late at night it's hard to see if there is holes.

I love the location rent a bike trailer quite often but could you please get someone to level off their parking lot and pave it. I think it knocked out my alignment. most likely next time I might drive down to 417 and rent one this yard is terrible to drive on.

All three of the team members were great. From the young lady to the two gentleman (one checked me in, the other inspected the truck when returned and the lady checked me out) their attentiveness and courteous demeanor are testament to the manner in which "white-glove" customer service should be provided. Hopefully, the Uhaul management team takes notice of these three team members' exemplary service and rewards them accordingly. A great pleasure!! Thanks.

After one year that I rent this truck, now they are sending me a review, that's kind of awkward. After all, trucks was dirty inside. But I didn't have any problem with the truck, I got safe to my destination.

At the pick up location. I Waited for 30 minutes while the employees were dealing with computer issues and they ran my credit card 4 different times because they were having to start over on my reservation. They said they had been complaining to management about the issues for over a month and nothing has been done. Meanwhile there were 8 people standing line behind me waiting to served. Very terrible experience!

As myself, I would have liked to have gotten a discount for #1 returning the truck almost 2 hrs ahead of time and returning it with a full tank of gas when I was given 3/4 of a tank. That should have been taken into consideration since it's not the frist time I've rented from them n am sure won't be the last

Original paper work was marked as vehicle having 7/8 of a tank of fuel. Dealer looked at gage himself and said it was more like 3/4 and was gonna change I. Computer. Didn’t give me a new updated paperwork. I took picture of gage myself and it had less than 3/4 tank. When I returned vehicle I left it with just over 3/4 tank of fuel and was charged an additional $16for returning it with less than what I picked up with according to “paperwork”!!! When in reality I left it with more.... VERRY DISAPPOINTED.

Did not get eqipment needed for smooth move and no dolly or appliance mover created an extreme Hardship and cause more time than normal for the move. I was forced to borrow a dolly to help cause of distance. I am not happy and have not been dealt with fairly....how can you FIX this?

Horrible experience with uhaul my debit card was charged $413.50 for a trailer rental that was returned the same day within 2 hrs had to sit on the phone for 2 hrs with customer service for a mistake they did on their end and the funds aren’t still yet in my account smh.
