Get more large appliance dolly's..The one thing we needed, this location was out of along with straps,...otherwise it's a perfect place for rental.

Truck was old and wore out. Shook and vibrated and made a lot of odd noises, and I drive a truck for a living so I'm used to the odd noises trucks make. The drivers seat was completely wore out and had no support for rough windy roads.

Rented a car dolly...equipment was not ready when we arrived. Took another 1 1/2 hours...the first two dollys presented had issues - bad tires, etc. The ratchet straps on the dolly that we finally took were old and corroded, the straps did not hold well. Furthermore, the staff was untogether...NO ONE WORE FACE MASKS in the middle of Covid Pandemic. Very disappointed in this location. The location where we returned the dolly in Sanford FL was professional and very helpful...however, the agent who helped us also DID NOT wear a mask.

I was to pick up the truck at 7am. the black man that waited on was 10 min.late opening. Once in, he talked to me like I was stupid. I will never use this establishment, I will tell my 10 friends, they will tell their 10 friends and eventually you will close.

More professional customer service. Less wait time to speak to a customer service person over 15 minute wait for someone to answer the phone. Then when there was an issue within 20 mins to closing time i was put on hold and noone ever came back to the phone and when i said i had a porformance malfunction on vehicle i was told “i dont know what to tell you” because it was nearing close of business hours.

Rented several tines last few weeks this truck was terrible Check engine light was on they says been in fir 3 months don't worry Hit a bump a scream door would open had to the it down Brake pedal down way to far Back of the truck smelled like someone had been hauling manure AC fan so loud you couldn't talk Drivers seat was tilted very uncomfortable

The young lady that checked me in and out was the best. Courteous and friendly. It was a great experience in such a trying time that we are living in today. The pandemic has changed a lot of people. She again was a breath of fresh air!

When quote was received the container was supposed to be delivered to the house but come to find out that it was being delivered in town and was going to cost ab additional 740 for delivery. After almost 2300 to start with! Also packaged were dumped over in the box. It was a huge hassle and a lot of misinformation from representatives when calling to find out how to get access to obtain my belongs! Not the least but satisfied with this transaction and I have used your services multiple times in the past. Don't think I will be giving any more of my business to you in ther future

The receipt I received at checkout showed a total of $52.35, however, my bank was charged $69.34. This is $16.99 over what my receipt shows. Don't know what you are trying to pull but I don't appreciate it.

I had a fantastic experience with my UHaul Box. Everything went smoothly and the staff I dealt with in Portland, Charleston, and on the phone were all friendly and helpful. Derrick, at the 7th Avenue location in Charleston, W.Va., was particularly kind and helpful to me as I was cleaning out the remainder of my box. He does a great job and made me feel good about my decision to go with U-Haul. Thanks to all involved. I'll definitely be back.

The two ladies who were checking people in were having computer problems but both maintained their composure and were polite, efficient, and got me through the process with minimum problems. The van was almost new and clean. No problems checking the van in after hours. A good experience.

I'm honestly not upset about the ‘pet rat' that may or may not have been in the cab of the truck. We had them as pets in middle school, whatever. If I found it I would have put it in one of my boxes and returned it to the location for its owner. I would just prefer a more streamlined service. The person in front of me took about 20 minutes to pick up a truck because of availability and second contact info. If you have a liability situation just request that at booking instead of this man having it give out about 7 different name for one to take. I almost didn't get my rental period because of the pet rat issue. I was guaranteed a 10 foot truck. I had to take a 15 foot truck the day before on a voicemail and this was the rat truck that had live traps in it until I adamantly said just give me the truck, I have to move TODAY. I don't know who in corporate or rental location dropped the ball but when someone is moving it's already stressful enough. Please help others in the future.

Truck was not washed. Windshield was dirty. Mirrors wouldn't adjust (had to lean forward every time I needed to look behind me). Ramp would not retract without repeated kicking to get it to go all the way in. Engine made a horrible screeching sound accelerating or going up hill. So loud you couldn't talk. For 350 miles... Talk about a headache. Roof leaked. Light in back didn't work. All in all, a terrible experience. Time to retire this one.

Returned the truck and trailer the evening before it was due during after hours and attempted to check the truck in through the mobile app which was not working. Attempted through the mobile website with 3 different smart phones and with the use of the Uhaul WiFi with no luck. Then I was charged the $20 check in fee in which I was told I would be credited back since the website was down and have still not been credited the amount. Also returned the truck with well over 1/4 tank of gas and have not been credited for that, after I was told in Fairmont it would reflect on my final bill.

I went to the store to rent a truck in person because online reservations aren't definitive. I put down a card and was guaranteed a trunk at 9 am the next day. In fact, they had the truck on the lot. The next day I had to wait until 430 for a truck.

I called 2 days before only for the representative to answer their personal phone and have a conversation with the other person (which I could hear) and then hang up with the other party only to be abrupt and rude. I then had a problem with the app and called only to be hung up on. I went to the store and there was only 1 worker that was overwhelmed and couldn't tell me the benefits and then directed me to a truck that he didn't inspect nor did he give me time to inspect. There was literally no more than a foot between trucks so I couldn't do a walk around and when I returned the truck he just told me to leave it with the keys inside. Horrible experience

I rented a truck on Thursday to pick up on Saturday morning. Saturday morning when we arrive they say there are no pick-up trucks available??? They sent us in a 10 foot box truck that got our towing job done but was not what I paid for.
