Hi, I picked up the truck about 30 minutes later than the time shown in the app. I didn’t actually use the truck during those 30 minutes — I was completing the paperwork and documents. However, I was charged as if I was using it during that time. Could you please review this and adjust the charge?

Agent at this location was insisting I could not rent a trailer without the optional insurance, even though I had already pre booked it that way on the website. They use aggressive tactics at this location to make you spend unnecessarily, and if you don’t they over charge you when you return the rental.

Your system of canceling one order, giving refund , which is a 3-5 day refund. Then you have to start a new order with more money is crazy. I paid x amount for the first, why not use that money for the second transaction and if the second is cheaper then give a refund, if the second order is more, then you pay more. Your system is extremely transactional, why won’t you bring your system into the 21st century! We are only 26 years into it!!!

General the staff is nice but act lazy and slow to provide service both inside the office and at the yard . The truck was in poor condition, lights removed, something with tires, and a message indicating it needed service that obscurred the mileage which I was charge for. Lynette awful at customer service, tried several times saying the three people before and after me did not have any inssues, implying that this means it was all in my head. You will see what happens when a formal complaint is filed against UHAUL for faulty equiptment and worse if there is a serious accident due to your negligence or unfair practices.

I typically do not write negative comments about anyone, but my experience at this location was very disappointing. The representative was rude and unhelpful, clearly lacking in knowledge about her job and exhibiting a poor attitude. Additionally, the truck was dirty and in poor condition.

Horrible eyeshot u haul Miami I went to the schedule drop off location after driving 4 Days from NY when I got there they told me they didn’t have any space to put the trailer like that’s my problem they send to another location 25 mins away and when I got there they told they weren’t taking the trailer either I had to beg the manager to help me wat a nightmare they put me too horrible I will never rent at this company AGAIN

$1.19 per mile is a bit much. I checked in using the mobile feature which worked well because the line at the desk was very long. I felt bad though standing next to the counter to get the key because it would appear to the others that I’m cutting the line.

The reason I gave less than excellent as until date I don’t understand the charges: I cleaned the vehicle, filled up to the receiving level, and the invoice mysteriously doubled with zero explanation. All the employees were perfect helpful, and quick. Unsubstantiated charges are disappointing.

The staff setting up the rental were quick and responsive and were informative and knowledgeable. BUT . . . The steering wheel was sticky and peeling !!! I used glass cleaner (Ammonia), and it was a different steering wheel! The tie rod bearings at the front end were worn out!! This is when you turn the steering wheel 15 - 20 degrees in either direction from top dead center, and the front wheels don't move! . . You continue driving down the road in a straight direction while the steering wheel moves from right to left

I received the $20 fee for a drop off after hours and returned the trailer early. I do not understand the reason for the fee because if I would have come in the next day and returned it to a live person, the same work would have been involved No one told me there would be a fee and I would’ve gladly waited until the next day, but returned it early I would appreciate it if you would consider a refund to have my continued business with U-Haul. Employees are not aligned with delivering a quality service. They have a terrible attitude. You system is not customer friendly; I had to go to a different storage in Doral (40 minutes away) and then back to the North Miami facility in order to store my items. Webpage (My account) does not register the current sotarge rental under my name, which makes it impossible to make an online payment.

Staff was rude and completely uninterested in helping customers. The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren’t using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn’t have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn’t be bothered. It’s a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You’d be bankrupt and out of business otherwise

When we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
