Operators staff are not honest. I have made my complaint to customer service and it is being investigated. I suggest that they post charges for additional services, such as cost of tying down car to dolly.

I when to rent a truck I ask to have the covers mats the lady charged me for and she forgot to give to me I ask her to drop the truck in a different location and then When I when there the don’t take because was full? Really ok no problem I when to a different location to drop it off and them the same story I call U-haul and the day go to another location great I when there and the got me there waiting 45 minutes to drop it off and the most important at the end the charge me for the extra miles and gas that I spent driving to a differents locations to drop off the truck I’m really disappointed with this company and the service that the employees provide

The lady that helped me in West Palm Beach should be the Manager of that store. She works so hard and works past her shift... and always is Friendly and Wonderful to Everyone. Reward your employees as they have non appreciation from their normal customers. I think this lady has improved your business beyond what you think is possible. If she is not the manager already... then give her a raise as she to is trying to support her Family. Thanks John Ring

My first and last time with you. Everyone seemed miserable and everyone was extremely rude. Girl who checked me in had head phones in, didnt smile or even say hello, didnt walk me through what she was doing just typed on the computer and told me to sign. Didnt explain anything at all...called the CDW insurance which it is not! Then didnt explain what it covers or offer any other protection or options for the truck. They pulled the car up for me walked inside and sat down. The chair wouldnt move forward so I walked back inside and asked for help. She said go ask the man outside instead of helping me her self. I will go to Enterprise or literally anywhere else next time because everyone else is the SAME cost and SO much nicer.

Truck leaked during heavy down pour of rain and water that pooled on the floor of boxed area soaked into mattresses and other furniture. Upon returning the truck an associate kept directing me to pull the truck over to the right as he was guiding me into the lot. The back end of the truck hit a wall mounted box and the associate treated me as if I was an idiot driver. When i said to him why would you keep telling to pull to the right while pulling forward as you’re looking at the truck and building. His response was “it’s not fault if you can’t drive...drive better”. I responded to him when you’re directing traffic and instructing people....particularly in a lot like this the drive follows your lead...particularly when you persistent about make them pull farther right from their original path.

My comment is pertaining to the change in my confirmed dropoff location. I chose a particular location for a reason and received a text confirming that info, however on the dropoff day I received a text indicating another dropoff location that I was to report to. The manager at the first location would not and stated he could not receive my uhaul. Says it was not on his list. I dont understand why my dropoff location was arbitrarily changed or changed at all without my consent. Upon reaching the new location the staff was friendly.

Two of the staff members were rude and unwilling to help. Teresa was kind and tried to help, but she didn’t fix the issue. I called 1-800-GO UHAUL immediately after the experience, and I was refunded for the full amount immediately. The staff at the drop off location could’ve handled everything for me, but they chose not to.

Bad customer services I ordered online and showed him the order number and he refused to look at it making me put all of my info in again and completely waste 15 min of my time on top of it every tire on the trailer had a screw in it and he fought with me to switch it for a another trailer I had to basically yell just to get him to switch the trailer for a different one

I was not satisfied at all with the help that I got at this location! The person checking in the truck got irritated and mean when I didn't understand that I had to call the phone number to get checked in there. I was pulling a trailer with my truck on it and at first he acted like he wasn't even going to help me take my truck off the trailer people there were rude lazy and gave the overall impression that you were not their priority and you're a nuisance because you're trying to get them to do what it is that you pay him for. I'm a manager and if my employees conducted business the way they did they would not be with us the next day. This is not to say that I'm trying to get anybody fired but they really should go back through their training and how to deal with customers. I'm sure , you will know moving any long distance is extremely taxing and quite frankly after a long while irritating and the last thing you need when you're turning in the truck and trailer is a rude and unprofessional attendant.

The location is not able to properly handle business when it opens in the morning. The trucks back up in a queue on a busy street with fast moving traffic. Also, the customers’ cars that are already in the parking lot are blocked in by the trucks waiting to be processed and moved to the back lot. This is a dangerous and frustrating situation that sooner or later will end up in a fAst moving vehicle slamming into the rear of Uhaul equipment in the queue. There is an empty lot across the street. Why not purchase it and use it to process the overflow of returns? Either that or allow overflow to return to a different location without regard to out of town town or Intown rentals. My rental was in town but I drove in from another city as the equipment was not available in my town.

We rented a truck today in the morning. Uhaul kept me extra 45 minutes in the office. Our loading was supposed to start at 9 am but didn’t start until 9:15. The new building we are moving to has strict rules and we could only reserve an elevator between 1 and 4 pm. 12:30 was supposed to be our orientation with the new HOA. Well we didn’t finish loading until 12, so I rescheduled to 1:30 pm. Guess what? Truck didn’t start after we have loaded it. So i had to call roadside assistance. We waited for them 20 minutes, then truck started on its own while I was on the phone with UHAUL. We finally made it to the HOA orientation by 2:30 and they told us that we won’t be able to move in, because we only had 1.5 hrs left. We unloaded in 1.5 hours !!!!!( it took us 3.5hrs to load). Then we went to return uhaul truck and they would not take it back in three different locations! It took me 2 hours to return it, I had to change my train tickets twice and pay the fee for it. Called uhaul 3 times, they offered for me to drive back to Miami and drop it there. I have no words to describe my experience with Uhaul this time. Miami one was somewhat long but at least pleasant, West Palm Beach was horrendous. It’s a known issue apparently in WPB where the parking lots have been full for weeks. Have I known about it beforehand I’d make different plans. Instead of dropping the truck at the location written on the contract at 6 pm and have dinner right after I had to drive two extra hours around, argue with 2 different locations, get ghetto with $300 fee, pay fee for changing train tickets and pay 3 times as much for Uber, because the drop off location was 10 miles farther north. Not what business concept Uhaul has but it’s definitely not to please the renter.

The truck was handle to me with 1/2 tank of gas, how this is acceptable so I need to start fueling the truck, when I returned next day 1:45 hour after the 24 hour period rented I was charge for next 24 hour, I understand to pay but to be fair in this case I think you should charge by hour but really 24 hour more for 2 hour over the 24 hour rented.

1. The trailer had not been cleaned prior to my use. 2. Your app to return the trailer after hours wouldn't work with my phone (location services) though that feature works with all other services. There was no indication of who to call for customer service for the app. 3. Though I clearly had declined the insurance coverage, I was still charged for it, and had to waste time to call, sit on hold twice, to get my $8 credit. 4. Between needing to call to verify the return, I wasted a lot of time on this rental. 5. My Girlfriend used the app to do the return with her phone, and it indicated and thanked us for returning it. Though your system had no record of it being returned, and we were informed that using her phone would not be a proper return, as it had to be done with my phone. Why then did it even recognize the rental using her phone? More time wasted.

My experience was bad considering that the attendant has charged me for 2 days when it should be charged 1 day rental. The attendant was warned by me about the undue charge, the attendant (Theresa) has recognized the error and promised me to return to my card the amount of $19.95 equivalent to undue charge at the same day (yesterday) until now I don’t have received the invoice confirming the correct amount to pay. If the correct amount to pay will not sent today I will cancel the payment. Best Reagards
