Upon checking in, my truck had been given to someone else. This other customer got in the wrong truck and accidentally drove away with mine. I feel like there should be processes in place to prevent this. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get a truck. I returned my rental at 8pm exactly. A representative was still in the office but refused to check the truck back in, stating they were closed. He was fully capable of doing so, but in my opinion, lazy. I attempted to then check the truck in online, however the location sticker that I was supposed to be able to scan on the drop box was missing, so I could not get past that step of the online return process. I ended up just putting the keys and rental agreement in the drop box and leaving. I was very unimpressed with this location and would not use it again. The employees at this location need some re-educating on work flow and customer service.Marc P.

The Van was dirty and was infested with Roches.. ive called store no answer, ive sent emails no response I put a complaint and have a claim for this rental but still have not hear from anyone and every time i call im on hold for at least 45min then a person answer then we strat talking and there phone disconnects. is is not right i had to pay to get my stuff treated and you guys charged me like $500 at the very least i want a full refund i rent vans often from uhaul this is terrible i need someone to contact me.Jean D.

I received a phone call from this location on Saturday morning, June 11, 2022. The agent was rude and repeatedly insisted that my reservation was due in Palm Beach June 11th at 10:00 a.m. and she had a gentlemen waiting for that truck. My reservation and receipt demonstrated that the truck was due back on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Upon return of the truck on June 12th, an email was sent to me with a final receipt link. Unfortunately, the link would not open on my phone or laptop. I sent a request for the receipt to be re-sent, however upon clicking "View Printable Receipt" I once again see nothing. I am extremely concerned about this as my first receipt was for $138.00 with the estimated mileage being calculated, however the final charge was $207.00, The final charge was $69.00 more and by my calculations of UHaul's rate of $.79 per mile, that amount indicates 87 additional miles driven. The return of this rental at the North Palm Beach Uhaul center was beyond sub-par. I am requesting an itemized bill to be sent to me email address on file as soon as possible.Sheryl H.

Nothing with the locations, but with reservations. I had a reservation for a 5X9 ramp trailer for at least 3 weeks. I receive a call 2 days before my scheduled pick-up in Tuscaloosa, AL and told that I would have to pick the trailer up in Carrollton, AL instead 20 minutes away. UHaul lied, the location was 45 minutes away from TuscaloosaRobert D.

Appearently UHaul reschedule me to another location. I found out when I came to pickup my trailer . The young lady at the counter was able to give me another trailer as a walk up . I appreciate her efforts it made my day easier. While that happened a young man hitched up a trailer to my vehicle so I was ready to go when walking out . I appreciate Everything that happened . I have rented at least five times this year from the location. I go back because they are efficient. Thank youROBERT H.

The practice of emailing or texting long form contracts (that are never mentioned during the rental process, as well as forms for existing damage photos) all "after the fact" of renting a truck at the counter, borders on more than just allegations of a "unilateral contract" plus fraud by uhaul against customers totally unaware of any contractual clauses, especially since we drive off under the delusion that we just went through a "simple " rental process that turns out to be totally otherwise after we discover uhaul's emails much later, too much later. Maybe after uhaul loses enough legal challenges in courts for their nondisclosures, customers will feel better protected ... but until then, rental customers BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE NOT TOLD.THOMAS O.

The reserved equipment was not available. It was to have been returned the previous day. They only checked on it when I was there and waiting. Then they did not have a furniture Dolly and I had to fight to get one from the sales floor. Apparently my $10 donation for the environment fund caused billing issues. One of the issues was that I was being charged #17 for a 50ft rope that was showing $6.50. Just a bad experience.Patricia C.
