i did not rent a u-haul. someone is committing fraud. using my information to rent u-hauls.

LONNIE PSad but I will not be using your rental services again. The is no reason I should need to have the bar code on my drivers license for a $45.00 rental. That is putting a chance for my info to be hacked for such small rental when you have a credit card on file. So again no more U Haul for me. Good bye.

MARLENA AI had a reservation for a 10 ft local truck at 8:30 AM, which I secured with a credit card, and when I arrived they told me they did not have my vehicle. The agent just stood there in silence. I explained that I had movers waiting, so he ended up giving me a 10 ft one-way truck he happened to have. There was absolutely no reason my reserved truck shouldn’t have been ready—I booked it in advance specifically to avoid this situation. This isn’t the first time, either. Back in September they did the exact same thing to my mover. He had a 15 ft truck reserved, and when he got there they only had a cargo van available. That mistake turned my moving day into a nightmare—what should’ve been 2 trips turned into 7–8 trips, stretching a 4-hour job into 9 hours. This location is simply not dependable and clearly cannot be trusted to have the vehicles they confirm. I would not rely on this location for any reservation.

Xiguang SMy original drop off sucked, never make sure it’s an auto place. I got re routed 3 times again. I will never use U-Haul again and now will go with Penskie truck rental again
RYAN MMake sure that vehicles are clean inside and out. Mine was filthy, my hands stuck to the steering wheel and the truck bed was disgusting. There were roaches that were hiding behind the rails when we went to strap items down. This is unacceptable.

THOMAS DI rented the uhaul in a rush to pickup tables and chairs. I get the trailer and head to where I needed to be. To find out it’s a lock on the trailer from the previous renter. So I couldn’t get the stuff until the next day. The store still charge me for extra time but it was their fault.

BARBARA GI rented a 15 foot truck to move a sectional couch to my son’s house. I took photos of the truck before I left the location and both sides where your beautiful murals are was painted over and white paint which the location already knew about. Don’t know what the policy is on smoking in the cab, but this truck had a mild odor of stale cigarette smoke, which my son picked up on. Otherwise, the truck did a great job and returning the truck was simple and quick. Have you used this particular location many times in the past and will continue to use. Your employee Aryan was knowledgeable and personable.

Theodor MIn the morning and the afternoon there was only one person working at the location. This person was cleaning vehicles on hitching trailers and working in the counter. This led to a long backup in being able to service customers. While under a lot of pressure, the employee that was there in the morning and the one that was there in the evening were both very nice and apologized.

U-haul had me flagged as a no rent, in which I had to call corporate and we all know how long that takes to get through, only to find there’s no reason for the flag. Then I could not jump back to front of line. 3. Had a reservation for 8:30, and due to above circumstances I did not get my trailer till well after 9. Which in turn made me over an hour late for work, so now that trailer cost me triple the rental and a bad mark on my perfect attendance at work. One person scheduled on a sat morning is poor irresponsible management.
KIRT DI did the online system which was a long process because I added a driver so I would've just entered it differently. Will do that next time but then the truck that they signed was not the truck that was next so now I had to wait online for them to finish with the customers they were with so that they can re-do the truck so the way it was just as long it was silly ridiculous than the entrance was blocked over and over between people coming in and out so we could even get out the mileage is wrong so then we had another error and I wanted me to go inside which at that point I just left..
