My complaint is not with the Palm Beach Gardens location, but with U-haul in general. The original pick up location that was provided by U-Haul in my confirmation was BALLEWS AUTOMOTIVE 500 W COMMERCE WAY, JUPITER, FL 33458 (561) 529-4597. Not only did they not have the tow dolly, they claim they are not a U-Haul dealer. I had to drive 45 minutes in the opposite direction to another location to pick up the equipment I reserved, then back again to return it. This caused me to be nearly two hours late delivering the vehicle that I was transporting. As of this morning, Ballews Automotive is still listed as a neighborhood U-Haul dealer on your website. Poor business practice.

HAL RDid rental all on line and had to wait 30 minutes when I arrived to pick it up because computer system was down so had to redo order. Only one person working the counter. Warning light on on van showing Tire Pressure.
Scott WTruck was filthy, had graffiti all over it. Radio didn't work, handle for window broken, low air in tires, stearing wheel didn't tilt and was all the way up so had to try and look over it or through it

ERIC CI got in and the tire for front left was on low pressure. Windshield was not clean.

SANDRA HYou could be more clear on how the rates work. I was expecting 19.95 a day +100 free miles, but that was not the case. The website and the person at the counter, both misrepresented the actual cost. also, I saw cockroaches inside the cab of the truck.
MATTHEW PThe truck i used is definitely questionable, when you use the brakes the entire truck including the steering wheel shakes violently. When Accelerating the engine jerks. I felt unsafe driving that specific truck. The staff where great

RICKEY PThe gentleman in the morning were very nice this morning. On the other hand the box truck needs to retire. 130k miles drives horrible, seatbelt not working all tangled, airbag doesn’t work yellow light on dash. It shakes on lower speed. Extremely loud on lower speed. Time for new trucks. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
ZAFEIRIS ZPaid for the insurance then the truck got stuck in the grass and had to pay $450 to get it out even though I paid for the insurance and roadside assistance I could understand if it was in the mud or sand and with my fault for driving in it but this was in the median and because the grass was wet the rear wheel drive vehicle wouldn't get out of it. And hadn't even left town yet just had it loaded up and everything and parked it overnight in the median of my family's house.
AARON AEVERYTHING WENT FINE. Trailer was not clean and the floor of the trailer was very creaky when walking on it or sliding furniture. It may be fine and normal and if so I wouldn't count it against u-haul and maybe give it an additional star.

FERENC MDropped off a 26’ truck and a trailer on Friday. They charged me until Sunday for the truck!! Feels like a scam location. Luckily a friendly U-Haul representative from corporate was able to help and fix this but that location never again.

I will give the personnel credit for performing under the pressure, especially the gentleman on Saturday morning who was singlehandedly dealing with a long line of early morning anxious customers. He was polite and professional. I cannot say the same for the female who checked me in on Friday. I found her rude, but I will acknowledge that she too seemed overwhelmed dealing with a long line of customers. She probably had been dealing with people all day, and some people are worse than others. I own businesses, so I know. The truck was clean, but the "tires sensor" indicator was on which made me nervous. Fortunately for me, I was lucky that everything worked out without an issue. I like this location and have used in it in the past. I will continue to do so and will recommend it to others.

GREGG KNothing! Kevin made our experience AWESOME! He is the kindest most polite person I’ve met in customer service! He was extremely informative and made me sure we knew everything we needed to know about our rental purchase! We left feeling confident and uplifted! Best U-Haul experience ever!
ERICA CThe truck that I had rented was a15 foot box truck. It had roaches in it and was completely misaligned. Personal was kind but the truck was disgusting.
