While checking in, The team was dealing with an irrational customer and was completely professional and helpful. I turned the equipment in after hours but one Employee, Richard was just leaving and helped me with the online check in. Very helpful and went out of his way to help. awesome people at this location. There's lots of u-haul dealers in our area. This is my third time renting from this dealer and they always do a good job of getting me in and out as quick as possible. Typically the longest part is the paperwork, which I wish U-haul could streamline that process. I am a Hertz Gold member, and in most airports when I rent a car, I simply walk to the car and drive away. U-haul needs to figure out how to piggy-back on that. Otherwise, this is my favorite U-Haul location.

The guy driving uhauls in the back parking lot that day was acting like he was driving a mustang whipping it through the parking lot. Not gonna lie, that didn't make me feel too comfortable.

Advise clients of after hour return rules, e.g. check out vehicle. If 2 employees weren't in parking lot after hrs. I would not have known

Reserved truck online. After confirming everything, was sent a message rental was not confirmed. Decided to call the toll free number to see what was wrong. They informed me there was a problem with the online booking ( not just mine, however several others ) and that my reservation was confirmed. Went to pick up the truck at my exact time and the person at the uhaul person stated that they didn’t see the whole reservation. ( ??? ) did I want insurance she asked? I already had it added for 14.00. So I went thru everything again. Finally go to the point of picking up the actual truck. Which had over 100,000 miles on it. I had to walk around the truck and photograph any damage of the truck with my cell phone that did not have a “sticker attached to it or next to it” otherwise they would charge me for the damage when I returned. ( really??? ) so I agreed to do so. 7 different photos on my phone that they had not “marked with a sticker” . I had paid to rent the truck for what was I thought a 24 hour period. I was asked how many miles I would be driving and when I would return the truck. Turned out it was 6 hours instead of one day. ( same exact price so again was very confused ) I only had the truck for 3 hours. Got a text within a few hours that the truck was due back in one hour. Again unbelievable. - one the back of the truck was opened up there was a packet of packing blankets and a 2 wheel cart that was there for my “ convenience “ only if I took the security lock off of them I would be charged a undisclosed amount. Again unbelievable. It was more in the way than anything. And if I had moved the cart/blankets out of the way I would be charged something to move them. AGAIN unbelievable. I did not touch them and had to load around them. Upon return ( only 3 hours of my “6” hours ) the same person was there and hardly even looked at the truck for damage. She acted like she didn’t even care, which was the same attitude I received when I picked up the truck. I truly do hope this review is published for public viewing. Composed with the POOR customer service, both online and at the location, the older truck, and all the “fees” involved I will NEVER rent a truck from not only this location or this company again. No personal information was entered about me or the employee of this location. Hopefully future customers will see this review.

The truck we rented clearly needed maintenance. Furthermore, it is really inconvenient to have a dolly and a set of blankets tie wrapped inside the truck. They both take up space needed to load the truck properly. These two items are offered for rental customers that need them will rent them at pick up time. If they forget it is their problem but I don't see why I should have unusable space because U-Haul has those items in the truck for people that might forget to request them at rental time.

Our customer service representative was very rude to my mother and I. We came to the store and it was drizzling outside, before my mother could grab the door he walked away allowing the door to shut on us in the rain (yes he saw us walking up to the door). I was shocked because not only was he NOT being a gentleman to my mother and I, he was not being very attentive as a customer service agent. When he came inside he was no where to be found. We waited in line for a few minutes and then he appeared. He was not helpful and it felt like we were a nuisance to him. He has very poor communication skills. At the end of the transaction he started to debate with another employee regarding who would drive the truck around to the front for us because he did not want to get wet from the rain. I have never experienced this level of such poor customer service. I am very disappointed in the service we received and will not recommended anyone in the future.

Last manager was a lot more friendly there is a guy carlos that recibe the truck that is very rud you ask him or tell him something and he just turn his back at you i told the manager the expirience and he didnt care much i will try to not come back there

It isnt the location i dont think. I reserved a 15 ft truck well in advance. Get dropped off at this store. And no truck. No text or email saying truck wasmt there. What good is a,reservation with you guys. So i had to take a cargo van which took way more trips. Truck would have been 1 trip. Van now 3 trips. More miles more gas more time. And ur system texts me at 1 reminding me van due back at 1.30. Lol. Very poor operation
