I was rented a truck with only 1/4 tank of gas. I nearly ran out of gas doing what I needed to do. Then when I bought the truck back without refilling the tank, I was charged a $30 service charge in addition to the higher amount for gas. I understand about charging more for the gas. I was exhausted after moving stuff all day. I just wanted to get the truck back and didn't want to deal with getting the gas and potentially damaging the truck in the process. The gas + service charge for an 1/8 of a tank of gas was $57. That is ridiculous! That is 3X what it cost for the truck itself! I realize that it was stated on my contract about bringing the tank back at the same level, but I picked it up at night and it was dark at the rental place. The person at the place did not point this out in the contract nor did he remind me to bring it back at the same level nor did he let me know that there was only 1/4 tank to begin with. I am not very happy about this experience.

First of all it was a verbal altercation that happened between two employees when I arrived resulting in one employee walking off the job. That was very unprofessional. Secondly I was charged $84 for gas when I picked up the truck it was on a quarter tank there’s no way it cost $84 to put the tank back on a quarter. Especially when ppl cipher gas out the trucks anyway. I would never recommend U-Haul not this location or any other to anyone ever again.

The truck was damaged, the front bumper was partially falling off. The truck could use a deep clean, I don't believe they wipe down the trucks between customers, it's disgusting.

There was a warning message on the dashboard about one of the rear tires being low on air. It would have been nice for the check-in person to take car of that before it was rented to me.

I rented a 5x9 trailer and returned it in Approximately 4 hours. The crew was friendly and helpful but 2 days later I received a call saying I didn't returned the trailer. I was emailed a receipt for the 1 day rental the same day then 3 days later another emailed charging 3 more days. Now I'll have to lost valuable free time trying to correct UHAUL's mistakes

Customer Service overall good" friendly Truck bad rear door bearing hard pull up, No dolly was avaliable per my reguest online, when got in truck take off gas tank completely empty not enough to make it off lot, but after complaint did get another truck had to go to another location get dolly which took extra 40 min of time" No problem with replacement truck .
