The location itself (building, exterior areas, feeling when you walk into the office) is not particularly great. However, the staff is VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. It was very pleasant to interact with them. They are professional, courteous, and service-oriented. I want to particularly mention Myron S. and Charles S., who made the entire rental process (pick-up and drop-off) very easy and comfortable, answering any questions I had with patience and in great detail.

I rented the single motorcycle trailer for a 1100 mi round trip from CA to AZ. The motorcycle trailer was a perfect for my 2005 Harley Davidson and the towing was smooth. I would recommend your product to everyone.

The crew at the pick up spot were great, somehow fixed a malfunction in the right turn signal on the trailer, however this problem reoccured later in the hire. Not sure what more could be done, but the problem was not permanently fixed, just saying, as not sure what anyone could do, mechanical stuff happens.

They are always polite and helpful at this location unlike a couple of the other locations that I visit regularly. They are very knowledgeable about the services you offer and are familiar with the equipment. I have been to this location several times and have always been treated very well.

The u haul was dropped off Monday and they said everything was fine they called me the next day and said it had roaches and they charged me $100. It just so happens that the weather has become hotter and that probably made whatever roaches were living there already active. Big scam when you say it's fine one day and then change your mind the next.

I feel like I was charged too much! I rented a small truck for 19.95 and I went 50 which is 1.35 a mile and some how the bill was over 100.00 ! They also held 68.00 on my credit card! I’m goin to find the receipt and look at the break down

The truck reeked off cigarettes! The back door wasn’t latching properly I had to slam it just to latch. It’s crazy that he would give me that truck, that was fresh of cigarette smell and I had my two daughters with me. Wasn’t pleasant at all. I will not be returning to this location.
