Everything was very good
Carlos DI was so impressed with how well this location was on top of things! They had everything ready to go, extremely professional, explained the process clearly and all with a good attitude. Customer service experiences like this are hard to come by these days, I’m proud that when I do experience this it’s in the beautiful city of Richmond. DONIELLE BThe employees are very polite and very efficient during pick up and drop off. I rented a 6x12 trailer that worked great. My only problem was, the trailer floor still had some pieces of broken glass in it. Was not a big enough deal to take back, used my blower to get it out. But would have liked to have seen it cleaned a little better. In my past rentals the uhaul floor had been mopped with bleach.

rene aEmployees were excellent: friendly and helpful. The wait was not long for either pickup or dropoff. But the truck was not in good shape. The driver's seat was partially destroyed, and the seatbelt could not be raised because the clip was broken. The sunshade was broken and hanging down on the driver's side. Also, starting with a quarter tank of gas was fine given my small trip, but that could have been really annoying if I were going further.
