SCOTT SWhen I arrived to pickup my rental your systems were down. I had to wait an hour to get the reserved rental. Made me have to rush my move. Not happy
Robert A1/4 tank of gas to start. Steering wheel has so much play that it was dangerous. Transmission needs to be overhauled. Difficult to find drive and reverse. It had 121k miles on it. Time to retire it.

KATHLEEN LThe inside of the cab and the windshield were not clean. Also, I expected a full tank of gas and had to fill up before my trip. Lastly, it was a nuisance to have to take all the photos before taking the van. Isn't that something the employees could do?

MARCIO LTruck had 91,000 miles. Would have like a newer model that was cleaner and quieter. Otherwise it was easy in and out service. Made reservation online.

SEAN BThe morning shift guy.so mean he never smiled. Even he answered with an angry way. Just coz I asked him where exactly the truck was? I said I told you when u get out on your right. maybe Coz I am not native English speaker he was mean. any way not just him. Most of the employees everywhere look like robots. Just they are working their shifts to get paid. They don’t care about the customers.and coz there are no incentives in USA for good employees why they have to be nice or hard workers. sometimes I don't blame them. I worked in different advanced countries. They pay the employees what they deserve

ERIC RGOT CHARGED FOR FUEL, EVEN THAT I HONESTLY FILLED THE GAS THAT I USED. CHOOSING AN EXTRA COUPLE OF DOLLARS OVER A CLIENT IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE.

STEPHEN SBe a little more transparent about cost, i went into this thinking the whole process would cost the $39 i was quoted at the time i set up the whole process, and then with gas and fuel surcharge/refill fee i paid $129. I have never rented a U-haul so i wasn’t too familiar with refilling gas or the fees associated if you didn’t refill. Just some more clarity would be nice, i was not expecting nor would i have done this if i knew i was paying $129

Ajb ISuper busy place. Employees are good at doing their jobs and getting people through. System seems to be cumbersome to use, I give employees credit for having to deal with it over and over again. easy access on rte 1. I give them credit for being such good workers.

CHARLES MBest uhaul location I’ve ever been to. Associate at the desk was super helpful and efficient. Usually I spend 15-20 minutes to get the keys and equipment at other locations. I was in and out in 5 minutes. A+. Will never use another uhaul location besides this one again
DAVID DI MADE A RESERVATION AND WHEN I GOT THERE, I HAD TO STAND IN LINE FOR 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. TO TOP IT OFF WHEN I RETURNED MY TRAILER I WALKED PAST YOUR "SALES CLERK" AND WENT IN THE OFFICE. WAITED FOR 8 MINUTES WHILE HE GABBED WITH A FRIEND. I FINALLY GOT TIRED OF WAITING AND WENT OUT TO GET WAITED ON. WITH A BIT OF AN ATTITUDE, HE HANDED ME MY PAPERS AND FINALLY UNHOOKED MY TRAILER. A COMPANY THAT IS RUN LIKE THAT DOES NOT CREATE GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
