There are negative and positive. Customer service was exceptional. But only one counter open. Office was cluttered, but with necessary for sale. Truck was smoked in, required tire service, without full tank and not cleaned. None of that bothered me except tire service. I booked truck in Salem MA with lower quote. Without any conversation with me, reservation was moved to Danvers MA, which was not convenient to me. $50 guarantee?? I had to rebook in Saugus, which was closer to me, but quote was higher. I think I should get refund. And quote/estimate didn't reflect final price, which added another 25% to quote.ilya K.

Fuel charges and mileage charges are inaccurate. Please see photos that were uploaded at pickup. Truck had a constant ABS light and intermittent brake light as well as a vibration in the steering.THOMAS C.

This was the best Uhaul experience I have had. I want to say a huge shout out to Lou who was very helpful during a very stressful day! The pick up and drop off with the app worked well and all equipment was there the day we needed it. Everything went well except the inside of the truck was filthy and had a terrible odor. (cigarettes and some other foul smell) Even after using Febreze the cab still was very unpleasant to be in.Gregory C.

Moe's service was excellent - very personable and super helpful. The issue I have with UHAUL is your phone service. It's a joke. It's like calling to Russia or some lesser known country in the jungle of Africa. I am amazed how you are still in business when your phone service is so archaic. Unbelievable. old 26 foot truck needs work. it can cause an accident. steering wheel has a lot of play in it. someone not experience with big boxes will crash it. other experience i had was truck abs brake lights alarm come on after 15 min drive. annoying noise it make.EDRAS R.

The cab and the store smelt like body odor. Very unpleasant. When I walked in the person that greeted me. I think the manager (heavyset gentleman with color changing glasses and long hair) was standing in the middle of the store with no mask on. I though he was a customer. No uniform or name tag. He asked me if he could help me? I said do you work here? He said yes but not today and was upset at the fact he was working. He went on to give me a story on why he was here. I didn't really care why he was there on his â€œdayâ€ off. Which he repeatedly told me it was his day off. From someone in customer service this is not what a customer wants to hear. He needs more training on how to he professional. Lastly put a god damn mask on!!! We are STILL in a pandemic!!Jonathan H.

The truck I rented had an issue with the driver seat - it would not adjust forward or backward. For someone who is only 5'1", I had to use a pillow behind me while driving to reach the pedals.Karyn S.

I was told the wrong info about my rental,after I rented the trailer size 6x12 I realize when I try to load on the trailer that the Ramp is less then 5 feet so immediately I returned to the store it took about one hour for rental time. Now my issue is that the store person will not give money back or at least a credit. So please can you help ThanksHAZEM H.
I was over charged for gas. I went exactly 30 miles, purchased 3 gallons of fuel and was charged for an extra 4 gallons($15) on my bill. Since the store was busy the person behind the counter said "your all set and you'll get the final bill via email". I called customer service and sent them photo's proving the truck gas level was returned the same as when I left. Next time I'll settle the bill before leaving.Mark R.

I set up my appointment in advance at the Wilmington location. The day I was to pick the truck I was told to go to the Woburn location. I went to Woburn and was told they didn't have a truck for me and was directed to the Saugus location. What should have taken me ten minutes took over 2 hours. Not Happy with the run around!!Paul P.
