Rui GInspect the Vehicles Fully, Gas, Lights, etc. for Safety on the Roads before Renting again. Need more Employees everyday. One Person cannot do all excepting Customer Returning Vehicles, New Renters, Checking Vehicles when Returning. Hire more People your Company makes the Money. I’m going to Budget because at least they give Seniors Discounts

Allen RVehicle was very dirty when picked up. Lot of black soot-like substance in floor. Had to use rugs that I ended up throwing away to protect furniture and other times. Additionally the mobile pick up was borderline impossible - wasn’t working. I had to use a random strangers phone. Not a great experience, however I don’t think that is a reflection of this location.

Sineadh SWaited over an hour to get my rental, the online check app was not working. I originally reserved at the Garwood branch, when I arrived I was told they did have my van and my rental was transferred to Scotch Plains. We across town and waited over an hour to get checked out. My pickup was scheduled for 9am, I didn’t get out of the office until about 10am. The UHaul app for online check in was not working which made things worst. The van was not in good shape, seats, floor were filthy. Water bottles and used straws left on the dashboard tray…

JOSEPH SPickup and dropoff were pretty quick - a big positive. The trailer was in good shape.
Man CThe interior of the truck was excellent. Only issue was that the Windshield had not been cleaned. Windshield Washers weren’t enough to clean it off.

Robert MThe location was except they even did a walkthrough of the trailer. However the running lights of the trailer were faulty. Not the breaks or blinkers. This unfortunately gut us pulled over and delayed our trip. Had to zip tie the wires to keep pressure in order to be able to complete the trip.
