My overall experience was great. The fellow I spoke with four times prior to actually nailing down a pickup time was very patient and pleasurable to speak with and couldn't have been more professional. Its not everyday that happens anymore. His main concern was having the equipment I was renting back in a timely manner because its a popular item and he'd like it to be available for other customers. Definitely a dedicated employee with the customers interest at heart.
Jerry SPlease have the equipment at the location I booked the pickup for, this is the third time I hade to go out of my way to get my rental, super annoying.
Kevin JEquipment is always in great condition at this location. There is never a wait to be serviced. The gentleman who did our check out on Wednesday and check in Sunday was extremely friendly and professional. Should be promoted!!

David WAlways great service at this location - we use them for our Robotics team and they are quick to get us checked in and out.
Michele CThe person at the location wasn't helpful at all. although we were using the app to pick up the vehicle before the location officially opened, there was a staff member there, and when we asked him to help, he refused to because they "weren't open yet". The process on the app took a long time. Waited forever to get approved and everything. not a good experience overall.
royden mMaintain equipment better. The Windshield wipers broke in the middle of a downpour on the highway causing a very scary situation.

DANIEL EMake the return process more clear. We parked the truck in the return area and no one came to help us finish up. When I went into the office, no one helped me. I went back outside and a worker just said “oh, you just need to return the key and you get a receipt emailed to you.” It would have been nice if anyone was ready to receive the key from me.

Ian RThe staff was great that morning. However I made my appointment over a week in advance because I had plans and needed to get in and out. The staff told me that the manager changed me to 2nd appointment the day before. That was terrible customer service. I made the appointment for a reason. He should have called me which he did not. Poor customer service from the manager. But a big thank you to the men that actually showed up to work that day unlike the manger that changed my appointment on his own.

Frank BThe steering system on the truck was the sloppiest, scariest, hazardous condition of any vehicle I've ever driven in over 50 Years of driving. And I've driven some some old dilapidated vehicles too! This truck should be taken off the road immediately and have the steering system worked on. It was so bad that, my following car driver said it looked like I was not in control of the truck. In making a sharp right hand turn, at 30mph or less, the truck actually decided to oversteer into the curve. The following driver observed this too. It also needed a little coaxing to start when cold. The rear door didn't open too smoothly. In all the driving experience was horrendous. Take this road hazard out of service and work on that steering system before someone gets into an ACCIDENT
