I can not think of anything maybe stay open later but if not it’s fine I loved your day and evening works both was super sweet and patient, it was my first time renting a u-haul to drive also first time driving a van.

BORIS KThe employee who helped me at night was very dismissive. I believe he did it so he could charge me a hidden $46 late fee. He said the register was closed for the night. I also had a paper from u haul storage which I recall handing to him and he then said he never received it. I couldn't find it anywhere. I called the next day to ask about paying cash. The female employee did say she refunded my money but she did call me a "faggot." Fire these people please. I'm upset. Thanks
ARSENIO MI didn't have a reservation, but I was able to rent a truck. However, the windows were dirty and the check engine light was on. Otherwise, the process was easy. The employees who serviced me at both ends were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this location again.

TRIM MThe vehicle was 168000 miles old. This vehicle needs to be out of commisision. This is aliability. Overall the experience was poor with the fuel surcharge is insane. For a rental of 5 hrs total I paid $176.00. Too expensive.

Angela DDriving was a bad experience because the vehicle needs a wheel alignment. The vehicle was extremely difficult to maintain on a straight line, especially when on the highway and bridges.

FABIO BI had a reservation, but the staff asked me to do everything through the app again. It took me more than 30 minutes to have everything done. The staff was not able to find the car key after everything was done. Luckily, he found the key on the floor..

DANIELA BWorkers at this store changed my reservation on the morning of my rental to an online pickup, which I did not want. When I arrived at the store they made me use the app to complete the entire rental process myself in front of them while they sat behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. I asked several times if I really needed to do everything myself and they insisted it's the only way to do it. I had trouble scanning my license because the app defaulted to using my phone's front camera. When I asked if they could just take my license they told me no, and to just do it again. I was never informed of the gas policy so I was ripped off of $50 for bringing the truck back with the gas level at 1/16th of a tank less than I got it. I'll never visit this location again.

JAMES TVery easy to navigate the reservation system online and easy process in-store to kickstand drop off. Staff at this location on Staten Island are helpful and friendly. I’ve used them several times over the last few years.
SUSAN PThe truck that the agent gave me had 20 miles more than what was on my contract and 1/4 of a tank more than what was actually in it. The agent told me that she would correct it but she never did. I called the location but was transferred to Uhaul customer service. I got a customer service Rep named Mark Luckadoo. He was very helpful and did everything to make sure that i had a positive experience. I know we are not in a perfect world, so things will happen. Mark made things right for me. Thank you
