Was charged double and was told that was over gas limit. Terrible will never go there.

JAMES YThe right rear tire was low when I first started the truck. A technician I spoke to added air. Also the gas gauge registered below E. So I added gas before heading to my moving task. The clerks and yard staff were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend your facility to anyone looking for a good experience with rental.

After 15 minutes of going in a loop trying to add alternate contacts and my employer for verification… total waste of time and a joke. Went inside, show them my ID and I was given keys. Don’t bother with the app, it is not convenient at all

JEREMY MStaff was not willing to help me find the key to my rental truck when online check in wasnt clear. Then they call me and leave a voice message saying they can’t find the key when I left it exactly where I found it. App doesn’t give clear instructions and staff isn’t helpful. Equipment was all good though.

LINDA GU-Haul system was down so service was very slow. Even with that if online checking is available then pickup without standing in line should be offered. Even for the trailers. Employees were stressed and frazzled.

ERIC SThis location was the original I picked to rent my equipment. After selecting on the app, they called and told me they didn't have a truck for me available. Assigned me to a liquor store location. That other location did not have the truck for me at the promised time and I had to come back to this location to rent it. At that time apparently one was available. So ultimately got the truck from the location that was convenient to me but with a 2 hr delay and 2 miles of walking in the rain. Reference reservation 12880072 that was the original reservation until the persona that helped me on the phone created this new one. I'm still waiting for my 50$ guarantee on that one. Overall very good clean location.
LUIS OOn rainy days, be sure to close the train car doors properly, as there will be rainwater on the floor of the carriage.

SKY IStaff at the Sunnyvale U-haul were fantastic. Pick up was a breeze with Anna and drop off with Payam was also really quick and easy. Both were friendly and very efficient. (Sorry if I butchered the names of the staff)
ANTONIO RThey guy who was manning the store and checked me out was great. Very helpful and fast. Unfortunately the equipment was poorly maintained or never maintained. It took us 30 minutes instead of 10 seconds to undo the strap from ratchet mechanism because it wouldn't release properly since it was never lubricated. I would have put some lubricant on it myself but I ran out of time because I wasted it struggling to undo the strap. And it wasn't just me but everybody who tried to help struggled with it and they are all body shop workers. Everyone involved was pretty pissed off and they asked me to return to Uhaul to get another one but this was the only one within 30 miles.
