SKY IStaff at the Sunnyvale U-haul were fantastic. Pick up was a breeze with Anna and drop off with Payam was also really quick and easy. Both were friendly and very efficient. (Sorry if I butchered the names of the staff)
ANTONIO RThey guy who was manning the store and checked me out was great. Very helpful and fast. Unfortunately the equipment was poorly maintained or never maintained. It took us 30 minutes instead of 10 seconds to undo the strap from ratchet mechanism because it wouldn't release properly since it was never lubricated. I would have put some lubricant on it myself but I ran out of time because I wasted it struggling to undo the strap. And it wasn't just me but everybody who tried to help struggled with it and they are all body shop workers. Everyone involved was pretty pissed off and they asked me to return to Uhaul to get another one but this was the only one within 30 miles.

HERBERT SThis location needs to check their trucks. Had a bad expiren e with 2 trucks leaking gas. The first truck was replaced. But the second one was also leeking when filling up but would stop once you let go. I lost 25% of gas everytime I filled up.

SHARI TGet your reservations in order, I had a reservation for an auto transport on Redwood City. Went there and had to goto Sunnyvale to pick it up. In Sunnyvale had an argument with the store manager as I was not going to return it to Sunnyvale as I live in San Matro and was to pick it up in Redwood City. They were going to charge me a one way rate. You waisted alot of my time had to take the afternoon off work to deal with the issue you caused.

JACOB RI don't know about clean, necessarily, but it did seem generally organized. The main issue was the sign directing me to the equipment drop off. It was turned in a way that was unclear, so I ended up going into the wrong driveway. If they could make this more clear, and the sign more stable, that would be helpful, especially because once you realize you're going in the wrong way, you can't back up and the location doesn't make for a convenient or practical circle-the-block attempt.

GARY GWhen I returned the rental, no one was at the store. The store was open and there was a mechanic working in the garage, but no one around or no signs of be back soon. After waiting for 10 minutes, I pulled up the return online from my phone and was able to go through it, take my pics, lock the truck and put the key in the drop box. 30 minutes from my arrival time and no employees around except the mechanic who would not talk to anyone. Another customer came for a pick-up and left to come back later.
MICHAEL THave the vehicle we asked for available. We had to get a larger vehicle since the van we booked online was not available when we got there even though it was confirmed online.

LONNIE CHi, I visited twice during the day—once to make a reservation and once to pick up the truck—so I was helped by two different representatives. Both were very nice and helpful. There was no pressure to upsell or push insurance, though they courteously asked. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. Overall, I had a great experience with their service. Thank you!
