Rick MSuper easy to rent and pick any vehicle you need equipment dolly’s padding, boxes etc. This place has fantastic customer service and are very friendly . I would recommend this location for all your moving needs.

lorraine hDon’t give a truck that has check engine light tire sensor light on and that runs like crap. The truck shut off on me and it barely wanted to get up to speed. The truck needs to be taken out of the fleet.
Adam DEvery thing that I had reserved they did have. The company that you set me up with to load and unload damaged several expenses pieces of furniture. One of the men went in to my restroom and stunk it up so bad we all had to vacate the apartment over half hour before we could get back in to finish packing the truck. They were over a hour late coming. They were done with just over 2 hours left and told me I still had to pay for the extra 2 hours I had reserved. Over all you people ended up costing me well more money in damages and up charges. Would have been cheaper to pay a moving company.

Abu BThe staff at the Douglas Ave store are exceptional!! Young woman with long blond hair, knows her stuff. My only issue is getting in & out of the parking lot! I was blocked in by another client. I was not happy.
Sherri HTight parking, on a one-way street and hard to access, poor driveway entrances. Not ideal location for trucks and pulling trailers. Fortunately they have good personable people working there.
christian sAll the signs say 19.95 a day and after 2 1/2 days cost over 300 dollars. All the extra fees are excessive.

JOHN BTruck was old, visor broke when I went over a bump. Clerk was sick and said do, then wiped her snot with her hand before taking my drivers license. Charged me for an extra day for no reason .

VERNON WThe truck has 151,000 miles on it. I did like the lights being on all the time It did seem to have very poor fuel efficiency since I added 8 gallons and drove less than 30 miles total.

REUBEN JIf I replace the gas; plus more, you it would be nice if you gave me a break on the 6 extra miles you charge me. I went 6 miles more than I predicted but only because I forgot a couple things in my car so had to drive back to the pickup location to retrieve them. My mistake, but still I replaced the gas used, plus more. I’d appreciate a $7 credit if at all possible.
Connie KWebsite made me believe the charge would be $52 for dour hours. This included a pack of ten moving blankets and insurance. Turns out it was 92 dollars. Not including the blankets. This is not the store's fault. It is the website. So, while I would recommend the store, U-Haul, not so much. I will warn anybody that I talk to watch for this.

THEODORE PThe online app is great, but pre checkin doesn't save you a whole lot when you still stand in line behind the counter with the people who did not. I know Sunday morning staff is short, but when you have staff, I suggest a line for pre registered and a line for not. Thanks!

THOMAS BThe UHaul I had reserved had not yet been returned by the previous renter when I arrive at 3 PM on Saturday November 1st. The employee at the front desk is named Amanda and she got on the phone with the person who had not returned the U-HAUL. The woman said “ I have been calling and calling to get an extension for more time and I kept getting placed on hold. Amanda said “ We have been very busy and I am the only one here.. so I had to keep putting the phone on hold. “ Amanda told me that the woman “ didn’t know “ when she would be returning the U-HAUL. I asked Amanda “ I need your help.. I have to pick up my items at 3:30 today and I have 2 people coming to my house to unload the couch and dresser at 4 PM” Amanda switched my reservation to a box truck and I was on my way by 3:06pm. She instructed me on refilling the gas to 3/4 full before I brought it back. This would have been a horrible nightmare if Amanda did not have another vehicle available that afternoon. To make it more nerve wracking.. it was raining

PASCAL IThe dolly I rented was not loaded into the truck when I picked it up. I thought it said it would be since I made the reservation to be picked up without waiting in line. I made a trip back to the store to get it so it worked out. I may have wrong in thinking it was supposed to be in the truck. The counter lady was very sweet and accommodating.
Brad SWhoever supposedly checked me in on Saturday 1:00 - she never got off her cell phone which was a personal call I could tell by the conversation. She unhooked the trailer and told me everything was good. (Never inspected the trailer, but it was fine). Then I get a call on Monday from the location asking when I would be returning the trailer. The staff person never checked it in. The trailer was there but not checked into the computer system. Ugh

CHRISTOPHER HThe truck itself had an issue with the tire pressure sensor, the doors required quite a lot of force to get shut, and there was trash in the doors of the truck. It got my things where they needed to go, but the truck could have been in better shape. The staff at the location were friendly though!
Sarah HThe original truck we booked wouldn't start. The employees made their best effort to get us on the road. They then offered us a smaller truck and offered a discount on the mileage. This resolution worked out perfectly! Great job, great customer service!
SEAN Duhaul, wouldnt start after it was loaded and at the hotel waited over an hour for service, as they called someone in a town 45 miles away instead of local to the metro area this was really just a temp fix as after it was unloaded the trouble continued, i managed to get it deleverd back to the store, but they really need to correctly service the vehicles
RANDY WSpouse had reserved the incorrect size vehicle but I was able to switch sizes in a couple of minutes over the phone with no hassle.
