I have never been talked to or disrespected the way I was by the store manager at this location. This manager has was to many power trips than she can properly manage, and could really use some anger management training I would love to speak with someone about this experience

The only thing I noticed while picking up the rental was the lack of staff. There was a long line of people waiting, and only one staff member was on duty. The staff lady was kind, servicial, and useful to all the clients. More personnel are needed in the morning.

Add employees on busy morning days. I didn't wait long cos I used the app to reserve and check in. The app held me to finish on last parts like paying and can be improved to complete transactions and notified me as just waiting for employee to hook up trailer

India in reception was excellent as were the gentleman who hooked up my trailer and the gentleman that un-hooked the trailer. The trailer was clean and in good shape EXCEPT the gate spring to assist to lower doesn't work. It's a very heavy gate and could cause injury.

You need more help. You need supervision. Over an hour is too long to wait. My wife who was outside and watching from the parking lot- thinks one of the workers might have a side hustle going while at work behind the building.

I rented from the same place and dropped off at the same place while maintaining the EXACT same route. Last week I was charged for .1 extra of a mile. Today I see that I was charged for 5 extra miles. How does that work if I drove the same exact route? I also spent way too much to fill the gas tank and dropped it off with an extra 1/4 tank but was still charged for the bogus extra mileage. Refund

Had a rough experience today. I arrived 15 minutes early to pick up the truck I reserved on June 16th but when I arrived they did not have a truck for me. The rep offered me a van but at a higher cost than what I reserved. The rep was not very accommodating, I ended up calling customer service and someone finally returned a truck that I could use 45 Minutes later. This was not a good experience for me today.

Better customer service is essential. When I came in to pick up a trailer, they were very busy and short on staff. But while I stood around and waited for assistance, no one acknowledged I was there or apologized for the wait. When the person in charge did speak to me, instead of asking how can I help you, he just spit out, “got a reservation?”. Even after I finally got through the process and received a rental contract, I had to wait about a half hour before someone hooked up the trailer for me.

I’ve used this location three times in the past three years. At times it’s difficult to find someone to help you but the staff are helpful once they engage. The equipment was always in good working order. This last time I called the day before hoping to change my pickup time (could not do it through the app) and was immediately placed on hold “UHaul, please hold” before I could get a word in. I waited 22 minutes on hold then thought they forgot about me so I called back and was on hold for 35 minutes at which time I gave up and just kept my original pick up time. You can do better.

The truck we got had issues with steering and fuel gauge. Steering was very loose had to keep moving it side to side to keep in straight. Fuel gauge measured 1/4 tank but as soon as we drove off the fuel light came on so went and added fuel $45 but gauge did not move. I mentioned it to employees but they didn’t seem to concern.

This was the easiest drop off imaginable. I just pulled in, the employee dropped the trailer, then I went about my business. Didn't even have to get out of the truck.

Understaffed location with poor computer connectivity equals long lines. Every transaction required multiple attempts by the weary staff. The strong smell of cannabis filled the office.

The "fellow behind the desk" was patient in explaining to me the $100 rebate that we were to receive (from relocating your car dolly to Vallejo) behind our rented truck. I also found that we had mistakenly removed the owner's manual from the truck, which I brought back half an hour later, with his thanks.

The truck was not available that I'd reserved so I had to settle on a much smaller one with no ramp causing me to have to use my friends pickup trucks. Also the small uhaul s floor was covered in dirt. I wasn't able to transport bigger items and have to hire professional movers

Be very careful when renting on this place, they tried to charge me with fuel, the good thing about doing a video before and after is I have a proof of the mileage, fuel guage and receipt of the gas. Please be fair to your customers.

I’ve always had a good experience when renting a motorcycle trailer. This time it was an exceptionally memorable experience. Lena confirmed that I had set up the U-HAUL app correctly for our trip. She recommended the best value for insurance safety if we needed help like with a tire flat and other matters. Brandon helped me again as he does with hooking up the trailer. He always helps me with understanding the straps that we purchased there at U-HAUL. Nice ones. Lewis on point as well always assures me we’ve got ya covered. He actually had personally installed a hitch for my Subaru years ago for my e-bike. The trailer is a streamline design that makes towing easy for me and my wife does not worry. She’s a former Insurance Lawyer. We are now senior retires who invested in a Vespa that we vacation with in Pacific Grove. We tootle around so far from home and grateful for the springs road U-HAUl Team. When I take the trailer back it’s so easy with the U-HAUL APP. The super nice gent said to me that you’re all good just drop off and done. It’s an easy set up. We live in Benicia and appreciate the location of the U-HAUL service. As a boomer is fun. I always remember the marketing as a kid in the back seat looking for U-HAUL trucks with the different states of traveling. Thank you, Randy & Debbie

was charged a safe move. when explicitly told them i didnt want it. they said not to worry that they will take it off. they folded the paper receipt multiple times and once i opened it it was still there. i told them and they said not to worry that it will go back to my card. it never did. and currently going to contact my bank. about this fraud
