The cost was rediculous to keep the truck multiple days. Not everyone can move in one day, make your rates clearer up front or don't post them at all.Douglas S.
I was told I would be paying $100 because they had to change the reservation details. Then when I got there I paid more than I was quoted. That was very unprofessional. Plus it took over an hour because my card was charged for the wrong price and I just went through alot of troubles. If we make an agreement for a price, it shouldn't be changed at the last minute just like if I agree to return ur equipment at a certain time, I shouldn't be late. It needs to work both ways.Akeem D.

Check-in and check-out was friendly and efficient. The day before I needed this truck I tried to reserve it at this location over the phone and they said they had none available. I ordered it online and received a response that none was available but the regional representative was working on it. Within an hour I got a reservation for the truck I wanted, when I wanted it and at the location I wanted. I got a discount because the truck has less than 1/8 full tank and I returned it 1/4 full. For the truck rental in Vallejo on 4/23 went as it should, but the truck I reserved for my daughter in Fairfield was a disaster. I reserved a 15â€ truck for 4/24 at 10a in Fairfield and was not able to get any truck at all. I was called Saturday morning by customer service about 8:30a, they informed me that the truck had a flat tire. They offered me a 10 feet truck and when I went to pick up the truck at the location they didn't have any truck for me. This caused me a great inconvenience & extra money . I request that I get some type of compensation- please have someone call me back from UhaulCynthia R.

I Scheduled my pick up for 7am and was not able to Get my rental until 9am . I Called 6 different people and the last one told me i had to wait until the store opened to receive my rental . I was Set back 2 more hours and had to drive across the Bay Area to rent the UHaul and i had to make a Next State move . I was very unhappy and they said they would Open a Claim and Get back to me in 24 hours and never didTYRE L.

Waited for one hour and fifteen minutes in line to talk to the front desk man. the line had only three people in front of me. the customer services person was intentionally slow to process people and kept leaving to sweep and clean while we waited for his majesty to grant a truck so we can move from one place to another. The process to rent the truck was lengthy and cumbersome. The clerk knew that we were under his mercy and he took his sweet time to help us. I will never give my business again, I would rather pay 3 times as much and not deal with the B.S. that we had to put up with for a lousy truck.Hassan A.

Don't take the truck insurance if you already have good coverage for your own vehicle. Most likely your insurance will cover you but always check.Christopher M.

When dropping off the guest service rep kept saying I had damaged the truck and pointed out a dime sized ding on the side of the cab and was treating me as if I had done something wrong. I said that was there before and he asked did I take pictures, ummm no your mobile check in doesn't ask us to take pictures of the exterior. Maybe you should fix that so your customers don't end up feeling like they're being attacked without evidence. On top of that the man was not very welcoming or polite. Fix your mobile check in and I'd be happy to recommend this site, otherwise no I wouldn't.Leticia V.
