Deandre LHonestly, I've been renting trailers from this location over the last couple years and im amazed at how organized this place has gotten. In the past, I'd have to call almost a week in advance just to see if they even has trailers on location, trying to avoid having to drive to another one of their locations out of town. They have made the process so smooth and simple, for people like me coming off a long trip, their hospitality and patience is going a long way. Very grateful for the changes made here. Thank you.

Zina BThe employees at the Vallejo location are great. They're dealing with a high crime area. When I got there to take possession of my rental, one of the 15 ft box trucks had been set on fire the night before, and it was lying in a mess in the parking lot. My vehicle was broken into, and the ignition was damaged and the gas tank was drained. When I finally got the truck started after fighting with the broken ignition switch, the fuel gauge shows just 8 miles left in the tank, and the mileage was obscured because of this warning message. I left it with a quarter tank of gas, and the mileage was incorrect. I was double charged for the amount of miles I drove. I'm a frequent customer, and the employees are fantastic.

Also had reserved a 20 reserved for my move but the customer didn’t return it before my scheduled time so I was given a downgrade to a 15, was moving same day and it was a stressful experience that Uhaul only made worse

Michelle GThe location is not the best location. The issues I had weren't really with the location though, it's with the process of renting a Uhaul. I literally got paperwork and had to do my own research of the truck before I left the Uhaul facility. I had to confirm Mileage, Gas, check the vehicle for any damages and then if I found any discrepancies I was responsible for reporting them through your app. This lacks the whole customer experience and if you are going to put everything on your customers then you need to reduce all the rates for everything. Nickle and diming your customers is never a good practice as you charge for every single thing. If you are going to charge mileage, don't charge for gas. Then you charge for pads, dollies, etc. It's too much, not a good experience.
brent lIndia and her team, l mean EVERYONE, is absolutely 💯 great!!!! This location answers the phone, explains everything, ask if you need the one item you forgot (like box tape!!) I am always impressed and l’ve rented four time now!!!! Karimah

DANA BFast and easy, no hassles. Initial staff answered my questions and assisted me to the right size unit for my use. Unit surpassed my expectations for viability. Changing my pickup time after hours was handled with no issues; and return was the simplest thing ever. Mighty Fine!

JAMES AAll the staff members here were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I did not get the names of the customer reps, but the two black ladies were quite pleasant during my visit in requesting a rental truck. If you have the option to choose, opt for the Ford instead of the GMC. I have rented numerous trucks in the past, and the Fords had better drivability than the GMCs.

KEITH PIn addition to a cut lock the back of the truck had cigarette butts and wet tissue.We had to wash it out before we could start. Additionally, move time was extended because of the broken lock the truck could not be preloaded.

Eric PCustomer service is very bad !! I received a truck with a nail in the tire, tire pressure did not come on until I got onto the freeway. The manager stated she forgot the truck was out of service. Upon returning the vehicle a different employee had me wait saying he will check me in after waiting 10 mins he said oh someone else can check you in . The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE ! Definitely would not recommend

ERWIN RI forgot my eye glasses in the rental van. I reported it to the 800 customer service center as it was after hours. I was informed I would receive a call following opening, but that did not happen. I called the store at opening & there was no answer. I phoned the 800 customer service center again. The rep called the store and was told by Lena (sp) no glasses were found. I made a conscious decision to go to the store and double check. I encountered the parking lot attendant who informed me that my glasses were in fact recovered and in the lost and found. Lena did not personally look for them or inquire about them from other employees as she reported to the customer service rep. that she did. I have no plans to patronize UHaul on Solano (Vallejo, CA) in the future.
