The trailer was beat up and a rough ride. The location is difficult to navigate, returns are everywhere, blocking access. The scene was chaotic and nobody was offering help without explicit solicitation. Front desk - Ashley - was pleasant and attentive, but clearly needs help. She was answering questions, directing people, and answering phones.

The gentleman that installed my hitch the other week also took the trailer off my car today. Just wanted to say he did great with everything and I appreciate his professionalism and efficiency.

Very disappointing to hear after I had arrived that I was required to return my rental truck to another facility. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time to coordinate a drop off. Instead I needed to figure out a way to get to and from a different location last minute.

The customer service from inside the store is much improved. However, the yard area service and cleanliness is poor. Trash all around the yard; dirty vehicle with food packaging inside.

Please dont call the customer the day before to tell them you no longer have the truck they reserved 3 weeks ago and the only option is to go to a location 20 minutes away with only a smaller truck. This will end up costing me over $200 because i now have to rent a second truck to gather the items I couldn’t fit in the first truck.

Truck was noisy (15') one and not as comfortable and other two we have rented in last few months. But got truck in Seattle. Staff is GREAT. They are actually smiling.

The trailer i rented had two tires past the wear bars. Wheh i picked up the trailer the 3 woman that were behind the counter were more interested in talking about hot good looking there friends dads are, to the point where she got me the wrong trailer. When I dropped the trailer off the guy working in the parking lot was cursing at someone f%$#ing dumb bitch.

I reserved a pick up truck but was given a van it said on. The site that if I could not get a pickup that I would recieve a call me at (707) 567-9101 before 10amto go over my other options. No call me at (707) 567-9101. I actually called to verify at 10am(my appointment time) to see if I was gonna take an Uber for nothing and was told. Y vehicle is ready I could have dealt with the van I actually tried until I got to my 1st destination and realized I can't tow the trailer that I was renting the vehicle to tow due to the fact that there was no tow hitch. Yes I know this is my fault for not looking but comon all their trucks have tow hitches. They even install them on site. Van useless shad to keep it for the 3 remaining days because I had to figure something else out the reciept I was Givin was unreadable so they had me take a picture of the computer screen day 3 is the day that I actually look at the reciept on my phone and wouldn't you know it I got charged for the insurance that I specifically stated multiple times I didn't want. so ihaul wins this round will I ever come back probably just a different location.

I don't like my local U-Haul. It is run by very unprofessional workers. The general manager even has there child at the establishment she was loud and kicking boxes while her mom was trying to help me and workers on the phone.

Our experience with this Uhaul location has always been excellent. We have rented vehicles a few times and also refill our propane at this location. I can say I wouldn't ask for them to change anything at this time.

The customer service person was friendly, but too chatty with customers, causing longer wait times. The truck we got was clean, but the emergency brake was broken. We were given a vague instruction on where the truck was parked, and had to go find it ourselves. And the app for photos, when they can just quickly do it for you? What happened to being walked to the rental truck, and going over the condition, gas and mileage with a service person? My recommendation, would be that a quick summary of procedure, as to gas, sweeping etc, and then being walked to the rental truck. Instead of talking to every customer about the weather, and where they are moving to, etc.etc...

Wasnt happy that website allowed me to make reservation for San Rafael, then without notice moved my pickup to vallejo. It was inconvient to say the least. Pickup and location were fine just out of my way. I was offered mileage and extra day but wish it was stated prior to making online reservation.

The location of pick up and drop off was not the issue. The big issue was from uhaul traffic department. I reserved 2 trucks (15' and 20') to pick up from American Canyon, CA. location. My reservations were no where to be found in their computer. They sent me to the Vallejo location to see if my reservations were there. Only the 20' was sent there instead of American Canyon ( where I reserved to pick up), the 15' was sent to a Petaluma location, which is about an hour away! I didn't give consent on my reservations being moved, I didn't get notifications about my trucks except hope I can pick up earlier for free if I wanted to. Uhaul traffic messed up my order completely. Who ever was in charge with moving the tricks around, the stress and inconvenience they cost made our move terrible. By the time we figured out what happened, I lost movers from all the truck pick up delays. I ended up not being able to move everything and we had to pay and extra day to the storage company.

Both the person taking in my order behind counter and person who put trailer on my truck were very efficient and kind...Dropping off trailer took about 4 min. would highly recommend this U Haul location. thank you, Clint Graves

The representative at the desk was very helpful and kind, even though he was the only one working and had many people in line. He had a lot of patience and kept letting everyone know he would be with him shortly. The gentleman who I turned the truck into also was very kind and took care of everything. Thanks Vallejo U-haul!

staff there was the most positive. I was a little worried about the location and security but after talking with staff felt better. Asst Manager Calvin was super helpful with good customer service.
