Gave me a truck that clearly has transmission problems and your website to return trucks after hours is absolutely garbage. Never works, ever. It's 2021, outsource a tech guy if you have to.

I needed a van right away for just a few hours. I called and talked with reservations and they were very helpful in finding the right vehicle. Once it was reserved I picked it up in less than a half hour from our local Uhaul. I met Jose was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He got me out quickly and upon return did the same. Very good experience. I thank all involved.

We had chosen the option for early pickup due to a time restriction during the day to find out when we go to pickup we are told early pickup isn't an option at that location. I suggest not giving someone the option for something if you can't fulfill it. Then when we did pickup we asked to have it longer since we had to pickup later and were told it still had to be returned by the original time. Will not be recommending uhaul to anyone

THE TRUCK CARGO COMPARTMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER AND WE WERE TOLD WE COULD "DROP IT OF AT EITHER OF THE 2 LOCATIONS" IN THE TOWN TO WHERE WE WERE GOING. THIS WAS NOT CORRECT AND WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO DRIVE TO THE OTHER LOCATION. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER IF WE WERE TOLD WHERE TO BRING IT TO IN THE FIRST PLACE.

They checked in my truck rental on time, days early. Yet failed to check in my tow Dolly. Instead of calling me or doing any due diligence, a week after I returned it, they checked my tow dolly rental in as me requiring 2 days beyond allowed and charged me extra. After being routed through their call centers numerous times, I finally spoke to someone who could refund me but couldn't explain why I was charged without an explanation.

My experience was good for the most part. The ban served my needs. My only issue was the tires did not grip the snowy roads and parking lots. I had to have help pushing the truck off snowy surfaces.

The truck broke down 2 miles after getting it. I couldn't get ahold of roadside assistance, being on hold for 40 minutes and the 2 people that were the only employees at the vestal location were no help and rude. When I finally got ahold of the manager after going thru customer service, he was understanding.

The van I rented smelled of beer. The mat in the back of the van was wet and I suspect that was the source of the smell. I didn't put my upholstered pieces in the van because I was worried they would smell like beer. The door lock on the driver's side did not work which was problematic. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with a rental from that location. Typically the equipment is excellent, in this instance it was not.

I chose to do contactless rental experience. The location sent me to the farthest truck in the lot at pickup. It was not in the location that it said it would be on the app so I walked around for a bit. When I returned, I attempted to do contactless but a staff approached my window and told me I had to go through the return lane. I would not have rented at this location had I known it would not have been contactless.

The location is wonderful and accommodating however the customer service line folks are rude and not nearly as kind! My reservation was completely changed which ruined my 2 daughters Halloween and made moving very very hard due to having to make extra trips etc. We were told we would be getting the $50 back for the guarentee you have so I am watching my account to see if it is there within 3 days like I was told and if not I am going to have to call again which I dont want to do.

The gas tank was not full when I picked the truck up, however I am held responsible for returning it full... which I did. I was asked how far I was moving and I stated 4 miles. When I returned 2 hours later, I had driven 14. So I was charged an extra $10 and the $10 I spent to fill the gas tank from prior use was not taken into consideration. When I discussed it with the UHaul employee, he basically stated that they don't take extra fuel into consideration.

The representative that helped me said the dolly and moving pads were in the truck and there was none. The mileage that I was supposed to get credit for still has not been fixed and that was since Saturday. I called to see about the next show ze up truck and was told it would be almost double of what I already paid. Such a frustrating experience left message on Saturday for store manager to please give a call to discuss and still have not heard back.

Dec 19 2017 I have a flat tire on 95 north in N C on your car tow dolly the wait time for help from u haul was very long this past Saturday front passenger tire blew on I was about 8 miles from your vestal N.Y. location n about 3 miles from your Binghamton N.Y. location your Binghamton location general manager was off the clock stop an change the tire for me tire blew out about 420 pm about 530 pm finally heard back U-Haul n wedsite is hard work with n 1800 phone number is useless the wait time isn't good I did call vestal location I ask for help Megan said there's nothing do help me special thank you gereral manager Jason in Binghamton N.Y. location any questions you call me 607 621 6686
