RAYMOND WI was given a $33 discount because, instead of dropping it off in Oroville, I was asked to drop it off in Yuba City. My bill would have been $50. The store did not honor the discount. Instead, talk to the person who gave us the discount. I booked online, so why isn't the store honoring the discount? I had to call customer service, and Britney helped me. When I arrived at Yuba, the agent assisted me as well. Please tell your stores to honor the online booking discounts. Thank you.

Monica ATruck behind another truck. Swapping to another truck led to an empty fuel tank. The two gentlemen out front were helpful and kind. Woman behind the desk was getting irritated with the situation even though I was told to go talk to her. I had to use this location because the previous location I was at does not have their stuff together. I know we all have our days but I think the big issue at some of these places is staffing. Everyone seems overworked and underpaid.

MARK CI don’t understand why the gas starts at less than full. I feel like it’s an inconvenience and a setup to either add more than needed or put less and get a charge. It feels like a cheap way to scam your customers. I was charged for coming in slightly less than the mark. I will try to avoid renting from uhaul in the future.
MICHAEL AAs specified: My R&R of the tow dolly insufficient bolt repair by U-haul_ was pointed out @ drop_off; indicating that the grade-8 OEM Bolt/washer setup_appeared 2B set-up on the drivers side_which itself_had been disassembled + re-installed personally w locktite Red. As to where the original defective install took place_is indeterminate_BUT, if THAT bolt had been relied upon for its "safety-Chain-Down_ and had been called upon (for some event)_ it could have been disastrous !
GARY BI rented a 6 X 12 trailer. My golf cart needs 65 inches wide space to load. The inside dimensions of the trailer rear is 57 inches. The next larger trailer is too big for my SUV and they wont rent it to me. You need to have pure flat bed trailer with a true 6 ft wide ramp and rear end loading area. This was a waste of money since it was not as advertised. . I paid over $500 to have UHaul put a receiver on my car about a year ago, so I could rent your trailers. Now I find out that you dont have any trailers that I can use. You need to have more light duty trailers available such as the Carry-On 6x10GWTTR which is a 6X10 with a full width ramp and 4 flat electrical connector. This trailer cost about $2400 to buy one. I have no place to store it, so I cannot buy it. Im not going to rent from you again since you dont have any larger light duty trailers. Let me know if you decide to buy some larger light duty trailers.

NEIL WUpon drop off, the location tried to asses a fee for drop off stating our truck was suppose to be brought to somehwere else. Our app and reservation clearly showed that not true, but the system did not reflect that. He eventually yielded on the fee.

Kongkrit PI returned the equipment on Wednesday and received a call on Saturday stating that I didn't return the equipment. There was a uhaul employee who assisted me when I returned the trailer. I took pictures of it in the lot when i dropped it off. Yet still got a call saying it wasn't returned. This concerns me because if someone else took off with it after I returned it I may be held responsible.
ERIC SCorey was about the most professional, competent and efficient person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. oh, he was nice too! U-Haul is lucky to have him.

JOHN LAt this office, they told me it was their policy that I couldn't rent the van unless I paid $30 for insurance. I reluctantly agreed because my wife had already left. When I went to confirm the contract, I saw that the amount was $60. I immediately called my wife to come pick me up, and then the manager said to me, "Between you and me, I'm not going to charge you for the insurance, but this is just to help you out." I don't know if you'll do anything about this, but it's unacceptable.

It took me four or five trips (on an injured knee) to get the staff to find and unlock/unbolt my Ubox. Unacceptable
