It is so much cheaper to rent a trailer than to pay to store one. It is a quick and painless process for me. And on another note, I'd like to give credit for the staff for their great patience in helping the woman in line in front of me. She was elderly and using a walker. She got a little confused, but they were very patient with her getting the paperwork done before her grandson came back in to handle the rest. The staff took time and treated her with dignity and respect.

I have used this facility many times. Never had an issue until this visit. Rented a 10’ box truck to move my daughter. Truck ran well and did exactly what I needed. Except the A/C was not working. In Florida, on a hot day, A/C is needed. Other than that everything was great. Always great people and great service. Was not able to speak to anyone about this issue, as it was returned after hours.

Was happy called booked what I needed for someday Only thing thought was going to be 30 dollars and tax,with of course gas.Ended up over 44 dollars didn't have to try far They got us ..but we got free couch that would of cost over 99..but make sure you ask out the door price.

Equipment is outstanding; very clean showroom and even the work area is kept very clean, well maintained trucks and trailers, and a great selection of different vehicles. Great experience! Needed a last minute Uhaul, turn to this location for a Cargo Van, I turned to this location and I couldn't be happier. Very clean, well maintained inventory, readily available cargo van made my move a breeze. Many thanks for a stressless experience

This location rented me a truck to drive from Florida to Albuquerque. The truck had terrible suspension and a low frequency but high db wail, almost as loud as a smoke detector . My trip cost me 2 extra nights stay at motels due to migraines after 6 hours driving. I'm currently in the hospital due to this and will be filing a law suit to recover my damages and medical bills. I've used Uhaul for years and won't ever use them again . For a better moving experience, use some other company.

Actually verify the equipment is in full working order before you rent it to the customer. There were two major issues that they should have caught, but instead they did not which caused me to have to call roadside assistance. This caused me a delay in my trip as to when I could leave as roadside assistance took time. I noticed nobody ever stops to verify tire pressure is accurate before they rent moving vans and trailers. There was a payment issue also where I was told I could not split my payment between two cards or even between cash and a card. Then after I spent 40 minutes of my time trying to work the funds all under one card they all of a sudden realize I could split the payment. So they put me thru the mill over this issue for nothing. I also had an issue with the drop off location whose employees force me to use the app which I have trouble seeing on my phone. I told them I had a visual limitations but they were more concerned with shutting down their computers and going home than assisting a handicapped customer. Thanks for nothing.

Overall I was happy with my service. I did observe a very nice young lady in training on a couple of occasions when I visited the store. She is not getting consistent follow through training. Instead of showing her how to do something someone just takes over and does it or if they don't know how to do it they tell her she has to start all over. This is setting her up for failure and isn't fair to her. Training needs to be consistent.

The only complaint I have is with the 800 reservation center because they just totally screwed up the whole reservation from the word go it was placed at a location was closed on Sunday it was not pulled me until 2 days beforehand it was a incorrect drop off location and it made me travel six miles out of my way at the drop off location and 12 miles out of my way at the pickup location thanks for not listening to the customer and their wishes as to where the pickup and the drop off should have been. I would love to be contacted about that reservation center because I got a few choice words for them please!

Your location on 28th St. was a total failure. He could not get his scanning device to work to accept my drivers license information. So I had to drive many miles out of my way to pick up the equipment I needed. Which delayed my move. Which cost me l hundreds of dollars in moving fees for workers who had nothing to do. So my overall U-Haul experience was not good you cost me several hundred dollars

Very convenient. I used the app to return so my only interaction was a greeting at end of my drop-off in parking lot. He was very cordial and checked in on me just in case. App worked great for dropping off.

Again was called by Uhual during my move and told the drop off location at 1200 28 St N was full. Told to drop off here which is where I kept asking to drop off at. 4020 66 St N is a huge Uhual site that runs like a well oiled machine. No waits, No hassles.

I accidentally booked 2 reservations and didn’t realize. This location was the best. The other location called and left me a message that said said thanks for wasting his time. That’s when I realized I double booked. I’m glad I went to this location. Very friendly.

Nothing to do with the service or facilities. I did experience two flat tires with one trailer. Also was told I would not be charged for the rental. Not only was I charged for the original rental but for the extra rental. I was late because I was waiting around for four hours for U-Haul Roadside.

The truck had a check engine light, the airbag needs service indicator came on while driving and the truck had water intrusion in the back of the bed, limiting what we could pack. This truck should have been taken out of service.
