The Computer System or Connectivity at this location is dismal at best. The staff had difficulties with the system which caused delays at the check in counter. The 24/7 wireless check in system did not work as well. The staff managed to keep things going even with the online issues.John R.

Do a road test of each unit,for unusual vibrations of the front end. Tires look good and bounce off the stick,doesn't stand strong for long haul that a person actually paid for usage.roy B.

We rented a pick-up truck. The truck smelled of cigarette smoke. The woman who checked us in was also apparently the owner. She forced us to take out the Uhaul insurance even though we had our own insurance. She was extremely rude to us and other customers. Not to mention that we waited 20 minutes for her to even show up at the desk to check us in because she was nowhere to be found.Amanda C.

I booked a reservation 2 weeks in advance at another location that was closer to my location. When I arrived I was told they had no trucks available and that my reservation had just been put on their books. I was then told I would have to go to another locationTiffany G.

Ensure that store doors are locked during after hour returns . I was required to scan bar code during return to ensure correct location and alarm triggered . I contacted uhaul customer service and informed them and was told to complete the return and drop keys . Alarm had went off but was triggered again when attempting to complete return . By the time I had dropped keys in box , alarm had once again shut off . Upon leaving store I was stopped by PD and asked to return to store , while waiting , 3 other police officers showed up while they walked in and out of store and around the store . Before being allowed to leave , was questioned again on whether I had entered the store , it was reiterated that I had not entered but was near the door to scan bar code. I was happy to ensure that the situation was okay however it took away from other things that I could have done during the hour that I was sitting in my car In the parking lot. Customer service for in store and over the phone was helpful but I would encourage that the store be closed properly in the future.Taylor K.

Team answered all my additional questions with smile. Questions were in regards to the extra 25miles I had to drive to the drop off location to include my door to door miles were 140 + miles, and the allowable miles were 122. Resulting in additional cost for miles and gas.Rodgers B.

I rented an appliance dolly for 1 day and purchased 1 furniture pad. They charged me $68.51 and told me the â€œextraâ€ was a deposit on the dolly. When I returned it, I asked about the refund and was told it would be credited ba l to my card. That hasn't happened yet and it's been 48 hours. The sales person did not seem confident in his response. Also, the dolly was damaged at pickup. I asked for that to be documented, but it wasn't. Sales person said it would do the job. On the surface the van seemed okay. But once I tried to use it the left side door would not open, the van was out of alignment and pulled to the right really bad and I couldn't believe that they were renting a van that has windshield that had been hit twice with cracks all over it and little stickers all over the cracks.REBECCA E.

The cab was reasonablely clean except for the inside of the wind-shield which was quite dirty. About half-way into the trip a message appeared on the dash that a tire pressure sensor needed service. The message obscured the odometer reading. the only way to see the mileage was to shut off the engine and re-crank it.JOHN T.

Overall my experience was good but there are a lot of issues with the staff. The manager (if it’s the same one when I moved my stuff in was good but the other employees weren’t as professional or seemed to care about customer service. A few weeks ago I went by there on a Sunday and the doors to the storage facility wasn’t opened. I went to the office and the employee there didn’t realize the doors weren’t opened and said the manager hadn’t come to unlock the doors. !?!? I am a 15 year customer with UHaul and was really contemplating ever using UHaul as my go to service company anymore, because of bad service in the last year, until I talked to Ms Andrea. We were unable to access our reserved storage unit due to a broken hasp. We were told per Andrea Mixon area manager that they did not know when the hasp could be repaired leaving us to scramble to find an available unit at another facility. This inconvenience caused a delay in our entire moving process which the staff Chynna Burk showed little concern and was overall extremely rude. The day I reserved the unit, we were told about the moving truck/getting the month rent free. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable- provided us with information requested, showed us a sample unit, etc... We didn’t have a certain timeline to move in, just needed to secure a unit, so I set the date for June 29 and we brought a few little boxes on that date. I asked about the truck again and was told it would not apply since I had already moved in... Our unit is in the very back corner. While it is one of the larger units, it has a smaller door.
