The strap rachets on the auto transport I used are a little rusty and need to have some WD40 lubrication applied to them, they were difficult to operate. Thankyou

Have the desk area look more professional & not so cluttered. Also, I really did not feel comfortable with the U-Haul attendant using their personal phone to take a photo of my ID to upload to the U-Haul computer. Don't you have business scanners or a business phone to upload photos of peoples ID? I found it very un professional. With identity theft, the way you have it set up is very unprofessional.

The fuel tank was not full when we picked up the van. It probably wasn't checked after the previous rental. Although I did the online check in the results were not good. Your agent had to reenter all of the information twice on their computer. This seems to be an ongoing problem since this has happened every time I rent from U-Haul. IMHO your agents need software that works.

Phenomenal customer service in the return. I showed up a few Minutes late from my 1 day rental, and the gentleman didn't charge me an extra day. When checking out the employee was adamant that I would be charged if I was a minute late... glad to see that they have the option to do that and I am a return customer, many times over. Thanks again for the employee who took the truck at my return.

Never use mobile pick up. Didnt work for ne at all. Had to go to a manned locwtion, cancel the reservation, and reserve a new one. Many users reporting having issues with the mobile pickup as well

The guy we picked up from was not much of a listener. Had to explain to him multiple times what we wanted, then was told we needed to fill up the tank to 3/4, but when we got the truck it was well below 3/4. So we had to pay for more gas than we should've. When I got back with the pickup I was relieved that the man that helped us wasn't there. But, I soon realized the girl that came to help us wouldn't be much better. When I arrived there was no hello or how'd it go? Just two young girls giggling and gossiping on there phones. Then we go out for the inspection and I was not asked to move the truck from where I was told to park it by the first guy, I was demanded. So I had to move the truck from the spot. Then when I got the truck to where I was told to put it. I got out the truck and the girl had disappeared back inside on her phone w her friend inside. It was all little things, which is usually fine. But not when you have multiple little things on both pick up and return. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I would rather spend the extra money and go to the downtown location. Hopefully this location was just having a bad day, but I doubt it. -Aaron Highbarger

The employees should have the customers verify the information entered to there profile. Mr Alavarez had to correct the spelling of my name and email address. The girl who took my reservation was good but just should have verified that information.

WeI were being helped by an employee. He was acting stressed. Apparently the new DM was visiting the store. Suddenly the employee just walked off and left us without a word. He told another employee to help us. He then finished helping us. He was nice, so we appreciated his help. Unfortunately, the 1st employee did not handle the situation in a professional manner. We were treated better when we returned the vehicle.

This Location has great leadership and employees. They like what they are doing, very helpful, and are always helpful. I rented from a lady there a month ago and she took excellent care of me with one way rentals that allowed me to make my move successful. Much appreciated

It was kind of a comedy of errors. Personnel wry nice but took way too long to get our trailer and storage unit. Almost an hour, then when we started to pull out, a second trailer was still stuck to ours

Dolly that I rented and paid $7 for was a piece of junk. It had low tires and the tires were so big that they rubbed what ever you tried to move with it. Actual truck was good

Uhaul please get your act together. I was clearly booked and confirmed (2 d prior in person) for a downtown Spokane pickup. Arriving there on my rental day, I was informed my truck was 8 mi north. Got a hitch north, got my truck but no blankets in truck (discovered the next day at load our). The north town location was great but your midtown location needs serious help!

When I dropped the truck off I was a bit confused on the procedure to do so and the employees were more concerned with leaving that they could not help me. They just kept pointing to the sign for return procedure.

Truck had a weak battery, and twice would not start. Contacted roadside through app and they came and replaced. As that slowed our move they gave us an extension on our time without charge of almost 8 hrs. Was very good of them!

I am just one customer. My reservation was not what i reserved. I reserved a 10ft truck , but was given a van and if i wanted to take the truck i would have to have it back within a hour because someone else also gad a reservation for a truck. I was told that i would be penalized if i did not have the equipment back in a hour. We were unable to open the door after i put my idems in the back of the van. The staff for u-Haul said that it was hard for her to open the door prior to me renting it. I had to go to several u-Haul because some of the stores was just a drop off store or u-haul employee did not want to be responsible for damaged equipment. After all of that once i returned the truck my original cost was $ 41.38 but once i was given a credit my cost was $ 47.68. Like i said i am just 1 person

Let me start by saying that I've rented from this store before and my feelings about it are the same. This store is unorganized, no one knows what the others are doing. On this particular visit there were employees lounging in th store while I stood and waited for them to finish.. I was the only customer in the store and I had to stand and wait for them to finish conversations that had nothing to do with Uhaul. Unprofessional. Then the young lady who helped me was by far the most inexperienced person there. I would 10/10 never recommend this store

The trailer I rented was not cleaned out, so had to wait for that. It also had a badly damaged fender, which they acted like they did not know, and that it was no bid deal, since I paid for insurance. I said it mattered to me, and I did not want to be blamed for something that I did not do.

You're after hours drop off system didn't work!!! Talked to a representative by phone. They took notes so manager would be notified I returned hand cart. They didn't. The store called s week later wondering if I stopped it off. They were rude and unhelpful. Glad I took pictures. Since Lidgerwood - Spokane closed service has been aweful!

I will not rent any more from U-haul due to recent incident that cause me money on the cracked windshield that was not our doing. U-haul charged my CC to pay the damage that has been there before. MS. Alvarez did not walk with us to check the van we were renting. Our assumption that the van had no problem. Now when we returned the van, they said that it was our fault and they charged me $150 for the damage plus rental. They said we were covered by U-haul coverage but apparently not. My opinion is that they misled customers and the honest customer ended up paying for somebody else's issues. NO MORE RENTING WITH U-HAUL!!!!!! They just us as customers

They went above and beyond, even upgraded my needs to haul my Harley, so I didn't have to travel extra miles. Young gentleman that hooked me up was great, even changed a fuse for me!! Way to go guys!!

The driver side weather stripping fell off the door multiple times and no one could tell me how to unlock the padlock so I could use it. Both problems were irritating.

I also really appreciated the young men's help in hooking up the trailer to my vehicle. He also was very helpful in returning the trailer. Over all the stuff was excellent. Jim

General Manager checked us out. He was very brief and gave no information. When we said we would see him at 7:30 in the morning, he failed to tell us they open at 9. We had to do an after hours drop off and did not have a smart phone to check the truck in, resulting in an after hours drop off charge. I called to talk to them and employee Brad was very rude, saying well, you should have read your contract, and other things. Maybe they should go over things ahead of time instead of rushing you out of there and trying to recoup hidden fees.

I never used the furniture pads or the dolly and they still charged me. It was still secured. I was told by the manager that "it's like a dvd rental" where you still have to pay even if it wasn't used.

When I picked up my truck a guy helping me was trying hard to help me while training a female employee who showed no motivation to learn. There was another male employee who was watching a football game and treated someone with distain on the phone. He seem intent on promoting the female employee. I left disgusted at the entire operation that day. I have use this office dozens of time over the years and have always had very service so I will continue to use your services in the future. One other irritation was when I filled the tank with almost 7 gallons of gas after only putting 25 miles on the pick-up truck. Thanks for hearing me out.

Your staff is rude and doesnt explain anything to the customers about additional fees and charges. Told me the truck had to be back not even a full day after i rented it. Told me there are additional charges but based on the contract i read they were charging me additional for things I should not have been charged for. Refused to provide me with an itemized list of the charges and told me i was going to be blacklisted from ever renting a uhaul, which to be honest after that experience I don't have any desire to rent a truck from uhaul again. I thought uhaul was a reputable company but with all the hidden costs and fees that were never explained to me by your staff and telling me that they had every truck rented thats why i had to have it back yet i drove by there several times throughout the day and everytime there was at least 6 or more trucks on site. So i believe the "fully booked" tomorrow was just a way to get more money by renting the same truck twice in one day. If charges from your company appear on my credit card i will dispute the charges because they are extremely falsified and I'm fairly certain thats why my request for an itemized list was adamantly refused. I wonder how many customers have been falsly charged by your scandlous employees? Thats a bad way to conduct business.

When a mask mandate is in place I would think the employees should wear masks. The individual that checked out the uhaul for me did not wear a mask the entire time I was in the store.

I couldn't drop off my uhaul after hours as the website wouldn't work. I left it their like the employee said and called the 1 800 number but it just kept saying no one was available no matter how long I was on the phone. Same thing happened this morning. So I got charged a late fee even though I dropped it off 2 hours early.

The girl taking drop offs didn't seem to know what she was doing. Almost took my adapter if I wouldn't have caught her. The rest of the staff was great. Just wish I would have know the storage facility was at a different place. Would have dropped storage items before unloading the car hauler.

Unfortunately I could only give you haul a 3-star rating with their storage facility because you weren't allowed in your storage unit whenever you wanted. it had to be opened by staff. Also we were going to move everything out at the beginning of the month only to find out we wouldn't receive a refund for the rest of the month that we did not use the unit. Once you pay on the first apparently it's final. And you can't be refunded any money.

The only problem I had was this U-Haul facility reserving a u-box at another facility. They didn’t call the U-Haul to notify them so they could get one ready, but everything did work out eventually.

Staff was great. Truckstop bathroom flavored oderizers were annoying. Theres no elevator at N.Division storage. That was inconvenient. Those are my critisisms. Storage arrangement worked well.
