Facility and manager are 6 out of 5. Website and online CS is ZERO. USER UNFRIENDLY starting with never being able to create online account after hours attempts on numerous days needed to pay rent online. Entered personal info, user name, password numerous times. Registration kept freezing never moving to confirmation or next window. Stopped atttempting due to id theft security concerns being rerouted to hijacked website. CS never responded to several detailed emails. Received rent due email out of blue months later. Entered email without ever receiving new account confirmation. To my surprise, i logged in with fingerprint option. Once logged in, website design was completely user unfriendly useless. Unable to confirm registration date, find or change password. Finding any account information was like navigating a maze blindfolded. Ads selling services continually blocked finding my rental storage information and getting logged out over and over again. Wasted an hour before finally finding my payment history which was paid directly to facility manager Tony, who is great, helpful and always provided real legal receipts with expected information if ever needed. Online payment history format was useless. I couldn't print or download payment history in any usable format. Payment receipts format was missing all legally needed information found on normal banking card payment receipts indicating product, rental payment period, payment method ie bank card w last 4 card numbers, location, etc. No normal download payment history format for bank card transaction reconciliating, etc. Unable to download or print transaction history. Its as if the IT programmer managed to design Uhaul website payment as example of 100% what to never to do. It's embarrassing abuse and disrespect of customer time. Will do anything to avoid using uhaul.com for anything. No intentions of looking at uhaul app after experiencing the website. Storing bank card and personal information, auto pay, etc. is id security risk with impending near future hacking. It's embarrassing Uhaul.com is so bad with their excellent rental & storage services, facilities and site managers i will depend on via phone, email for all services, rentals and services to avoid wasting personal time and risking financial id theft.
