We complied and followed him to the front desk, but he seemed very confused and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was extremely polite though, and I got moved in one way or another.

John MInstall aside, i was told time and time again that the install would take 2-3 hours max, at hour 4 we called multiple times to get a status and received no response, after hour 5 we took an uber back to see what was going on. The singular installer was the only employee for the entire facility.he told us it would take another 30 mins max. We stayed in the area because this is our only car. After another 1.5 hours of not hearing anything we walk back, and get yelled at stating that if people, including myself would stop coming in, he could get the job done. I expressed that I just need a realistic idea of when I'd have my vehicle as I have a kid in school I need to get. He told me he'd call when it's done. I had to uber to and from my kids school. 30 minutes after closing and still no call, my wife heads back. 9 hours in and it still was just getting finished up. My wife gets it back and there was no ball installed on the hitch, which turned out to be a miscommunication in ordering, none of the wiring worked on the 7 pin trailer plug, the plug was screwed into the plastic bumper and was loose, and none of the body clips on the rear bumper were reinstalled so it was entirely loose. We went back in the next morning and he decided to send us to a different location to get it fixed, he was apologetic. The other shop said they'd never seen an install this bad, that it should take them no time to do it right and that it'd be taken care of. They got it redone and fixed within the hour. Additionally, they informed me that the original tech CUT INTO one of the plastic panels to make room for the hitch. Their own instructional video online for my vehicle shows that that particular panel stays off after a hitch install. This guy is entirely unqualified and incapable of doing unsupervised hitch installs. He needs far more training before this location should be doing any installs. Highly recommend the Golflinks and Wilmot location though! They really fixed it back up in no time.

Eric VWe initially had reserved containers to be filled at our nearby U-haul location only to be told a few days before that location could not be used. The location we could fill our containers was over an hour away. We were forced to change reservation and pay for delivery/ pickup of containers. Which was unexpected and disappointing.
