I like the price. however, the facility information should be in sync or uniform with the online. otherwise, mix message from facility cause confusion for me and I had to constantly call practical everyday to the facility and online to check to make sure everything alright until the ubox was ship.

The return process was a little difficult especially when it came to dropping the key in the lock box. The app said go to a place and get a code, when some guy who worked there helped us by saying just put it in the box? Other than that everything went okay.

Location owner and operation is great. They bailed me out because franchisor Uhaul (corporate) overbooked me on my (guaranteed) reservation and caused me a big headache finding an aslternative at last minute

I rented the truck to do a last minute move for my entire house and i only had myself to do it, no help. I ended up needing/using the truck past the time that i scheduled it for & the manager of the location called me to ask what was going on, my eta etc. I explained to him how things weren't going as smoothly as i planned, i was doing my best to hurry to get back to his location and that i would be there asap. He called me 37 times in an hour period, and kept calling to the point i had to block his phone number and get on the website to make a complaint with corporate. It was borderline harrassment. I was charged for the whole day , yet he said i needed to be back asap but in reality i had the right to use the truck for the amount that was charged to my account. It was terrible. I would definately go with a different location in the future.

No complaints. In fact, the man who I dropped the uhaul off to was very kind and helpful. I can't recall his name, but it was outside in the drop-off area on October 21st around 3:30pm. He was cleaning up the returned uhauls. He was very gracious and treated me with great customer service, cleaning the back up so I didn't have to drive around looking for a hose. He deserves recognition at a time when customer service is lacking in so many businesses.

I was given a truck with a governor and was not told then got stuck limited in my speed (dangerously often trying to pass people) on a long stretch of interstate which was miserable. U-Haul: EITHER STOP BUY TRUCKS WITH GOVERNORS OR ACTUALLY TELL YOU CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH ONE. YOU MADE MY TRIP AWFUL TWICE BY GIVING ME THE WRONG TRUCK SIZE AND STICKING ME WITH A ****ING SPEED GOVERNOR. I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR SERVICE AS LONGS AS I LIVE AND RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE USE YOUR SERVICE EITHER!!

The friendliest staff! I wish I got their names. Both men working on October 11th in the afternoon made the whole experience wonderful. I've never rented a Uhaul before so I was nervous about how it would work out. These men were so kind and helpful. Such a pleasant experience and I would rent again. They deserve a raise!

Wnet to 3 different places to find the trailer that I need. First place told me that the 2nd place had one, but they didn't. 2nd place wasn't very helpful. 3rd and final place had what I needed and the employees were very helpful, for a quick and easy pick up and drop off.

I believe the gentleman's name was William but he came out to greet me as soon as I got out of my car, let me know where I should park, and had my reservation started before I got inside. He was very friendly, let me know what to expect, and was generally a very pleasant person to work with. I will return for more business.

This U-Haul location and staff were terrific! The staff was very curteousy and friendly, and the lot was clean and organized. I would recommend this location (and my use it again, myself) even though Iive in the Ballard area and there are other U-Haul locations much closer to me. However, I would like to express my frustration with this rental that I had made online for a 4x8 cargo trailer for the location at 165th in Shoreline, which I had received a confirmation for. Upon arrival, the man at the counter said a utility trailer was reserved instead of a cargo trailer. Please do not change someone's order as we required a cargo trailer - not an open, utility trailer - as we were moving upholstered furniture during a rainy weekend in Seattle.

Website and phone pick up experience were terrible. Tried to use the mobile pickup option and it didn't work. Ended up having to go inside and go through a clerk. Very frustrating, such that I may never use uhaul again.

very business like approach by the owner. A nicer, more customer friendly approach may be necessary at this location. The equipment was in good shape and the service very good. Just a bit of shortness with customers.

I would not recommend using U-Haul to anyone at this point after how I was treated this last go around. All the people working at this location were great it's the U-Haul scheduling system that is worthless.

The original packets didn't properly pack the load in Seattle and had a few slightly damaged items. The moving help in Columbus had to be canceled and re hired twice. One because they asked me for more money and tried to give me one less man than agreed to and the second was a no call no show. Your movers need vetted better and need to have more accountability for their side. No calls and no shows by the right move in Columbus is just absurd. They should just find a new career now.

While doing the self drop off I did not realize I was on a decline. When I lifted the trailer from the ball the trailer rolled toward my truck and struck my tail gate and put a dent in it. I don't think this is UHaul's fault. Just a miscalculation from someone from a city called Mesa. A very flat place.

Returning truck after hours was a nightmare. The app they asked us to use, and supposed to be easy to use, did not work. My husband and daughter spent 1/2 hour downloading it, and another 1/2 trying to make it work. It would not recognize the order number or any reference. THis was after moving all day and in a rainy and cold Saturday night. They brought truck back home and we had to return it with a live person on SUnday. Runs were from Lynnwood to Bothell to Everett, a total of 36 miles. FINAL BILL CAME FOR 124 miles!! We are expecting them to fix this asap

The boss was yelling at an employee and I was extremely offended. The employee was special needs and the boss was basically screaming and calling him stupid! He need to be fired or I'm sending someone to check out a discrimination suit! It was disgusting the way your manager was talking to his employees!

Goto this location and not the one at 14429 Highway 99 Lynnwood, WA 98087 United States The guy who works in the store listed above was a complete jerk to me when I went in there last week. I literally asked the other employees if he was such a jerk all the time and they said YES. GET RID OF HIM.

The lot was a mess with nowhere really to park. The employees at the facility where less than hospitable, we had to argue with them about how we were going to pay. On top of that there was no inspection done on any of the equipment neither the truck nor the car transport there were dents in the truck and the gas was at 3/8ths of a tank yet for what ever reason it's marked as if it was a half tank the outside driver side tire had a huge gash in the side wall. The auto transport that we had to drive to another location had 2 tires that should have been fixed before we even got it yet due to a failure to inspect were missed.

Customer service was bad and not friendly. Waited about an hour to pick up the truck. The price was a way higer than what I reserved. I asked why the price is higher than what I supposed to pay, but he just told me it is what the system says without any explains. I felt like just shut up and pick up the truck whatever it charges and late. U-haul charges late drop off, but why U-haul does nothing for late pick. Even no words for sorry?! I might not use U-haul next time.

Arriving early after being shipped x-country, our U-box with its contents was secured in a shipping container on site thus keeping it dry. The crew set up our car to tow the U-box on a trailer.

I got a UBox and talked with the employee there who said to let him know when I was finished to ship it. Came back and he box had shipped prior to me being finished. The box was going 3500 miles away

This is 2nd u box move. dates confirmed in emails do not match what the stores have. The employees at the uhaul sites had limited skill on the software program and had to call other sites.
