The truck I got ended up dying on me and I had to call for service for a jump. I got it. Ack to the center and traded for a new truck, super inconvenient for me and they didn't do anything to compensate for my time. They didn't even say sorry you got a lemon truck. . I had to leave for a third time at return to put $5 in the tank, what a waste of time for me!! Next time I'll rent somewhere else. The guy receiving the Uhaul was pretty short and when I asked what the final total was he said â€œlook at your receipt I just emailed you..nothing has changedâ€. I wouldn't give him a A+ for customer service. Having said that, we pointed out the heater in the cab didn't work and was blowing out cold air the whole time, he immediately started looking into that as soon as our paperwork was processed and on our way.DENNIS T.

When a reservation is made for a certain day and time and received confirmation of said reservation it should be preappoved by customer before the reservation is changed. I rented a 20' truck to pickup at 10am when I got there I was informed it would not be available until 5:30pm now here. I stand with a crew and no truck. I had to pay the crew $250.00 even though they didn't do anything but show up and they were not available any other time that day . My grandma who is 86 and going to have heart surgery on December 1 can all the way out from lynden wa to help along with my mom whole just had cancer surgery on November 2 and is still recovering. I feel at least U haul should reimburse me the $250.00 for a crew I could not use because of not being informed of the change and not getting per approval of the change. Having to enable location sharing on my smartphone in order to prove I was at the U-Haul site, even though I was using the U-Haul site wifi, was unnecessary and made the whole return process much harder than it needed to be. I'll have to think twice before I rent at U-Haul again.Robert T.

I was referred to this location and picked up my truck at 11 oclock only after my reservation for an 8 oclock pickup at Doug's Boats and Outdoor (in Woodinville, WA) went haywire. My experience at Dougs was terrible. Nobody wearing masks and guys laughing in the back about how they skipped Uhaul training. It threw off my entire day and I had 6 people taking their Friday off to help me move. I was told I would receive a discount off of my order but also have not seen that. Once in Lynnwood, the Uhaul workers were great and got me on the road quickly. Please consider visiting Dougs Boats and Outdoor, they do not deserve to hold the Uhaul name.MATTHEW EDWARD H.

I like the price. however, the facility information should be in sync or uniform with the online. otherwise, mix message from facility cause confusion for me and I had to constantly call practical everyday to the facility and online to check to make sure everything alright until the ubox was ship.Anna N.
The return process was a little difficult especially when it came to dropping the key in the lock box. The app said go to a place and get a code, when some guy who worked there helped us by saying just put it in the box? Other than that everything went okay.Deborah B.

I rented the truck to do a last minute move for my entire house and i only had myself to do it, no help. I ended up needing/using the truck past the time that i scheduled it for & the manager of the location called me to ask what was going on, my eta etc. I explained to him how things weren't going as smoothly as i planned, i was doing my best to hurry to get back to his location and that i would be there asap. He called me 37 times in an hour period, and kept calling to the point i had to block his phone number and get on the website to make a complaint with corporate. It was borderline harrassment. I was charged for the whole day , yet he said i needed to be back asap but in reality i had the right to use the truck for the amount that was charged to my account. It was terrible. I would definately go with a different location in the future.Karleigh S.

No complaints. In fact, the man who I dropped the uhaul off to was very kind and helpful. I can't recall his name, but it was outside in the drop-off area on October 21st around 3:30pm. He was cleaning up the returned uhauls. He was very gracious and treated me with great customer service, cleaning the back up so I didn't have to drive around looking for a hose. I was given a truck with a governor and was not told then got stuck limited in my speed (dangerously often trying to pass people) on a long stretch of interstate which was miserable. U-Haul: EITHER STOP BUY TRUCKS WITH GOVERNORS OR ACTUALLY TELL YOU CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH ONE. YOU MADE MY TRIP AWFUL TWICE BY GIVING ME THE WRONG TRUCK SIZE AND STICKING ME WITH A ****ING SPEED GOVERNOR. This U-Haul location and staff were terrific! The staff was very curteousy and friendly, and the lot was clean and organized. I would recommend this location (and my use it again, myself) even though Iive in the Ballard area and there are other U-Haul locations much closer to me. However, I would like to express my frustration with this rental that I had made online for a 4x8 cargo trailer for the location at 165th in Shoreline, which I had received a confirmation for. Upon arrival, the man at the counter said a utility trailer was reserved instead of a cargo trailer. Please do not change someone's order as we required a cargo trailer - not an open, utility trailer - as we were moving upholstered furniture during a rainy weekend in Seattle.Molly M.

The original packets didn't properly pack the load in Seattle and had a few slightly damaged items. The moving help in Columbus had to be canceled and re hired twice. One because they asked me for more money and tried to give me one less man than agreed to and the second was a no call no show. Your movers need vetted better and need to have more accountability for their side. No calls and no shows by the right move in Columbus is just absurd. They should just find a new career now.Terry N.
