Check-in worked as the rep understood I couldn't check-in with my phone because I didn't allow location access. He checked me in, then handed me the key and explained the truck location and asked me to do the inspection on my own. Upon return, the rep was very nice, asked me the questions in a respectful and efficient manner, did a good vehicle check, and sent me on my way.

The truck I got ended up dying on me and I had to call for service for a jump. I got it. Ack to the center and traded for a new truck, super inconvenient for me and they didn't do anything to compensate for my time. They didn't even say sorry you got a lemon truck. . I had to leave for a third time at return to put $5 in the tank, what a waste of time for me!! Next time I'll rent somewhere else. (Though the roadside service people were super excellent I should say)

The guy receiving the Uhaul was pretty short and when I asked what the final total was he said “look at your receipt I just emailed you..nothing has changed”. I wouldn't give him a A+ for customer service. Having said that, we pointed out the heater in the cab didn't work and was blowing out cold air the whole time, he immediately started looking into that as soon as our paperwork was processed and on our way.

When a reservation is made for a certain day and time and received confirmation of said reservation it should be preappoved by customer before the reservation is changed. I rented a 20' truck to pickup at 10am when I got there I was informed it would not be available until 5:30pm now here. I stand with a crew and no truck. I had to pay the crew $250.00 even though they didn't do anything but show up and they were not available any other time that day . My grandma who is 86 and going to have heart surgery on December 1 can all the way out from lynden wa to help along with my mom whole just had cancer surgery on November 2 and is still recovering. I feel at least U haul should reimburse me the $250.00 for a crew I could not use because of not being informed of the change and not getting per approval of the change. I will never is u haul again.

There is no ramp in the truck… Made it hard to move things. Check in with all the photos and everything else was annoying. Prices for mileage were too high

Having to enable location sharing on my smartphone in order to prove I was at the U-Haul site, even though I was using the U-Haul site wifi, was unnecessary and made the whole return process much harder than it needed to be. I'll have to think twice before I rent at U-Haul again.

Have someone designated to the outside area to hook up and unhook customers instead of having the front desk people leave their computers and other customers waiting in line to go out and do it.

Shane got my checked in first thing in the morning for a travel trailer. He was also there at close to closing time when i came to return the trailer. Hard working man. Shane was super helpful and pleasant to work with.

I was referred to this location and picked up my truck at 11 oclock only after my reservation for an 8 oclock pickup at Doug's Boats and Outdoor (in Woodinville, WA) went haywire. My experience at Dougs was terrible. Nobody wearing masks and guys laughing in the back about how they skipped Uhaul training. It threw off my entire day and I had 6 people taking their Friday off to help me move. I was told I would receive a discount off of my order but also have not seen that. Once in Lynnwood, the Uhaul workers were great and got me on the road quickly. Please consider visiting Dougs Boats and Outdoor, they do not deserve to hold the Uhaul name.

I like the price. however, the facility information should be in sync or uniform with the online. otherwise, mix message from facility cause confusion for me and I had to constantly call practical everyday to the facility and online to check to make sure everything alright until the ubox was ship.

The return process was a little difficult especially when it came to dropping the key in the lock box. The app said go to a place and get a code, when some guy who worked there helped us by saying just put it in the box? Other than that everything went okay.

Location owner and operation is great. They bailed me out because franchisor Uhaul (corporate) overbooked me on my (guaranteed) reservation and caused me a big headache finding an aslternative at last minute

I rented the truck to do a last minute move for my entire house and i only had myself to do it, no help. I ended up needing/using the truck past the time that i scheduled it for & the manager of the location called me to ask what was going on, my eta etc. I explained to him how things weren't going as smoothly as i planned, i was doing my best to hurry to get back to his location and that i would be there asap. He called me 37 times in an hour period, and kept calling to the point i had to block his phone number and get on the website to make a complaint with corporate. It was borderline harrassment. I was charged for the whole day , yet he said i needed to be back asap but in reality i had the right to use the truck for the amount that was charged to my account. It was terrible. I would definately go with a different location in the future.

No complaints. In fact, the man who I dropped the uhaul off to was very kind and helpful. I can't recall his name, but it was outside in the drop-off area on October 21st around 3:30pm. He was cleaning up the returned uhauls. He was very gracious and treated me with great customer service, cleaning the back up so I didn't have to drive around looking for a hose. He deserves recognition at a time when customer service is lacking in so many businesses.

I was given a truck with a governor and was not told then got stuck limited in my speed (dangerously often trying to pass people) on a long stretch of interstate which was miserable. U-Haul: EITHER STOP BUY TRUCKS WITH GOVERNORS OR ACTUALLY TELL YOU CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH ONE. YOU MADE MY TRIP AWFUL TWICE BY GIVING ME THE WRONG TRUCK SIZE AND STICKING ME WITH A ****ING SPEED GOVERNOR. I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR SERVICE AS LONGS AS I LIVE AND RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE USE YOUR SERVICE EITHER!!

The friendliest staff! I wish I got their names. Both men working on October 11th in the afternoon made the whole experience wonderful. I've never rented a Uhaul before so I was nervous about how it would work out. These men were so kind and helpful. Such a pleasant experience and I would rent again. They deserve a raise!

Arriving early after being shipped x-country, our U-box with its contents was secured in a shipping container on site thus keeping it dry. The crew set up our car to tow the U-box on a trailer.

I got a UBox and talked with the employee there who said to let him know when I was finished to ship it. Came back and he box had shipped prior to me being finished. The box was going 3500 miles away

This is 2nd u box move. dates confirmed in emails do not match what the stores have. The employees at the uhaul sites had limited skill on the software program and had to call other sites.
